Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento de craqueo termocatalítico, para la produccion de aceite diesel a partir de aceites vegetales, en refinerías que tienen como mínimo dos reactores de FCC. Por lo menos uno de los reactores procesa gas oil pesado o residuos en condiciones convencionales, mientras que por lo menos uno de los reactores procesa aceites vegetales en condiciones adecuadas para la produccion de aceite diesel. El proceso utiliza el mismo catalizador utilizado en el proceso de craqueo catalítico fluido, el cual, simultáneamente, procesa cargas convencionales. El proceso transforma materias primas con alto valor calorico en hidrocarburos combustibles y tiene excelente eficacia para la obtencion de productos con alta pureza, sin presentar la formacion de glicerina, un subproducto del proceso de transesterificacion. El aceite diesel producido mediante dicho procedimiento tiene calidad superior, presenta numero de cetano mayor de 40, ya que las reacciones de craqueo se producen a temperaturas bajas, y los productos obtenidos son menos oxidados, y por lo tanto más puros, que los productos obtenidos mediante la tecnología existente.This refers to a thermocatalytic cracking process, for the production of diesel oil from vegetable oils, in refineries that have at least two FCC reactors. At least one of the reactors processes heavy gas oil or waste under conventional conditions, while at least one of the reactors processes vegetable oils under conditions suitable for the production of diesel oil. The process uses the same catalyst used in the fluid catalytic cracking process, which simultaneously processes conventional fillers. The process transforms raw materials with high caloric value into combustible hydrocarbons and has excellent efficacy for obtaining products with high purity, without presenting the formation of glycerin, a by-product of the transesterification process. Diesel oil produced by this procedure has superior quality, has a cetane number greater than 40, since cracking reactions occur at low temperatures, and the products obtained are less oxidized, and therefore purer, than the products obtained through existing technology.
