Abstract

Método para separar solidos livianos de un fluido de perforacion base aceite. El método incluye alimentar el fluido de perforacion a una primera entrada de una primera línea que está en comunicacion fluídica con una centrífuga, inyectar vapor en el fluido de perforacion a través de una segunda entrada en la primera línea en donde la segunda entrada está corriente arriba de la centrífuga, alimentar el fluido de perforacion y vapor mezclados a la centrífuga, accionar la centrífuga a una velocidad de rotacion suficiente para separar los solidos de los líquidos, recoger los solidos desde una descarga de solidos y el efluente desde una salida de efluente, que tiene un contenido de solidos livianos menor de 1,5%.
