Un envase (1) para productos (P) granulados o viscosos que comprende en su interior una membrana impermeable (3) elásticamente deformable con fuerza de restitucion inteligente que forma sustancialmente un plano (S) con pendiente hacia la boca de salida (B) del envase (1) cuando está en estado de reposo, y que divide al interior del envase (1) en una primera y en una segunda region; comprendiendo esta ultima un orificio (4) para la entrada y salida de aire. También se divulga un envase para productos granulados o viscosos que comprende en su interior una membrana impermeable (3) elásticamente deformable que está en comunicacion con la boca de salida (B) de dicho envase y que forma sustancialmente un plano (S) cuando está en estado de reposo; comprendiendo el envase (1) en algun punto de su periferia un orificio (4) para la entrada y salida de aire, en donde la membrana impermeable (3) posee una fuerza de restitucion inteligente que le permite empujar al producto (P) hacia la boca de salida (B) del envase (1) durante el vertido del mismo hasta regresar a su estado de reposo. En la práctica no se conocen dispositivos para extraer o verter el contenido granulado o viscoso del interior de los envases sin que se deba ejercer presion sobre las paredes del envase o deba agitarse para que el producto granulado o viscoso resulte expulsado. Para el caso de envases flexibles se requiere de una manipulacion incomoda de los mismos, que incluso dependerá de la flexibilidad de su paredes conforme al material con el cual está construido. De esta manera, la presion ejercida puede determinar una expulsion del producto con una notable desprolijidad e imperfeccion, y generar a su vez una cantidad residual de producto dispersa en el interior del envase. Para el caso de envases metálicos, la forma de verter el contenido dependerá, preferentemente de la posicion y de la agitacion de dichos envases, lo cual trae aparejado problemas similares a los planteados para envases con caras flexibles. La presente utiliza por un lado, una membrana impermeable elásticamente deformable que comprende una fuerza de restitucion inteligente; y por otro lado, el aire que ingresa en el envase se utiliza para mantener el volumen original del mismo y evitar la generacion de vacío, evitando así fallas durante la restitucion de la membrana impermeable a su estado de reposo, así como también la deformacion permanente del envase.
