Abstract
Un aparato para enangostar un cuerpo de lata que comprende: una primera estacion de enagostamiento que comprende un primer y segundo troquel para reducir el diámetro de un extremo del cuerpo de la lata, el primer troquel tiene un primer diámetro y el segundo troquel tien un diámetro menor que el primer diámetro; un segunda estacion de enagostamiento que comprende un tercer y un cuarto troquel para reducir el diámetro del extremo del cuerpo de la lata, el tercer troquel tiene un tercer diámetr y el cuarto troquel tiene un cuarto diámetro menor que el tercer diámetro, una rueda de transferencia para. transportar el cuerpo de la lata al menos parte del recorrido entre la primer y la segunda estacion de enangostamiento; y un mecanismo de transporto pera transportar el cuerpo de la lata al menos una parte del recorrido entre la segunda y la primera estaciones de enengostamiento después de que el tercer diámetro del cuerpo de la lata ha sido reducido por el tercer troquel. The method developed by said apparatus is also disclosed.
