Abstract

Un dispositivo de desconexión para uso en perforaciones de gas y petróleo, y otras operaciones de servicio. El dispositivo que comprende un mandril que presenta formado en una superficie externa del mismo una o más formaciones de entrabamiento, y un miembro hembra hueco, en el cual el mandril es fijado en forma liberable. El miembro hembra incluye una o más agarraderas que son retenidas de manera movible en relación a una superficie interna de la misma por un primer miembro de retención engranado con por lo menos una formación de retención formada en cada una de las agarraderas. Cada agarradera incluye una o más formaciones de entrabamiento que son engranables con una formación de entrabamiento correspondiente en la superficie externa del mandril para trabar el mandril en el miembro hembra cuando la agarradera ocupa una primera posición con respecto a dicha superficie interna, y que liberan el mandril del miembro hembra cuando ocupa una segunda posición con respecto a la pared interna. El dispositivo de desconexión incluye también un segundo miembro de entrabamiento que se mueve dentro y fuera del engranaje con la formación de retención de cada agarradera respectivamente para trabar la agarradera en la primera posición y liberarla de la misma para permitir su movimiento a dicha segunda posición.
