Abstract

El difusor, venturi o tobera (1) fijo o regulable produce una depresión del aire en la zona de constricción, originando un aumento de velocidad del caudal de aire, la que sigue aumentando a la salida del difusor, venturi o tobera (1) fijo o regulable, lográndose de este modo un mejor y mayor llenado del cilindro en fase de admisión, con lo cual el combustible, al ser introducido en cámara o precámara de combustión (3), tendrá mayor posibilidad de encontrar la cantidad necesaria de oxígeno para la combustión. Además, la mayor velocidad del caudal de aire a la entrada de la válvula de admisión (4), origina un aumento de la turbulencia en la cámara de combustión (3), obteniendo una mejora de la combustión.
