Abstract
Una placa refractaria para un dispositivo de colocación y/o de cambio de tubo de una instalación de colada o vértigo de moldeo acoplado a un dispositivo de regulación por placa deslizante, que comprende a) una primera superficie (1) provista de un orificio (2) que delimita la entrada de un canal de colada (3) a través de la placa y adaptada para formar junta, por lo menos alrededor del orificio (2), con una cara correspondiente de una placa movíl del dispositivo de regulación; b) una segunda superficie (4) adaptada para descanser en un alojamiento del dispositivo y dotada de una protuberancia plana (5) que circunscribe el canal de colada (3) y se extiende a través de la pared de fondo del alojamiento; y c) una tercera superficie (6) definida por la superficie plana de la protuberancia (5) provista de un orificio (7) que delimita la salida del canal de colada (3) a través de la placa, estando la superficie (6) adaptada para formar junta, al menos alrededor del orificio (7), con una cara correspondiente de un tubo refractario en posición de colada, y para servir de superficie de guía al tubo refractario desde una posición de introduicción hacia una posición de colada, y estando perfilada de tal manera que la porción de la tercera superficie (6) de la placa de contacto con la superficie correspondiente del tubo refractario aumenta a medida que avanza el tubo desde la posición de introducción hacia la posición de colada. Thanks to this plate, it has been possible to establish an optical compromise between the need to support the lower part of the plate as much as possible while maximizing the lower surface available to guide the tube from its insertion position to its positioning position.
