Abstract
Se describe un procedimineto para administrar energía eléctrica, en particular la energía eléctrica suministrada por una empresa de servicio eléctrico a un usuario, el cual comprende las etapas operativas de: asignar a un usuario una predeterminada energía eléctrica por un período previamente definido, siendo la misma subdividida en cuotas de energía eléctrica por unidad de tiempo, sustancialmente menor que dicho período; medir la demanda durante cada unidad de tiempo, con la que la energía eléctrica está siendo consumida; comparar las cuotas de energía eléctrica asignadas por unidad de tiempo con la demanda de consumo eléctrico, almacenando el crédito de cuotas de energía eléctrica no consumidas para acreditar las mismas al siguiente período previamente definido en caso que la demanda de consumo eléctrico sea menor que las cuotas asignadas de energía eléctrica por unidad de tiempo, desconectando el suministro de energía eléctrica en forma selectiva en caso que la demanda de consumo de energía eléctrica sea mayor que las cuotas asignadas de energía eléctrica por unidad de timepo y que eventuales cuotas de energía eléctrica previamente acreditadas y almacenadas hayan sido consumidas, y reconectando el suministro de energía eléctrica al usuario cuando la nueva demanda de consumo de energía electrica (que disminuye por el corte de energía eléctrica) sea menor o al menos igual a las cuotas asignadas de energía eléctrica por unidad de tiempo.A procedure for administering electrical energy is described, in particular the electrical energy supplied by an electrical service company to a user, which comprises the operative steps of: assigning a user a predetermined electrical energy for a previously defined period, the same being subdivided into quotas of electrical energy per unit of time, substantially less than said period; measure the demand during each unit of time, with which the electrical energy is being consumed; compare the quotas of electric energy allocated per unit of time with the demand for electricity consumption, storing the credit of electricity quotas not consumed to accredit them to the next period previously defined in case the demand for electricity consumption is less than the quotas allocated electrical energy per unit of time, disconnecting the electricity supply selectively in case the demand for electrical energy consumption is greater than the assigned quotas of electrical energy per unit of time and that any previously accredited electrical energy quotas and stored have been consumed, and reconnecting the power supply to the user when the new demand for electric power consumption (which decreases due to the power cut) is less than or at least equal to the assigned quotas of electric power per unit of weather.
