Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método de verificación de calidad/control de calidad para procesos de bioensayo de alto rendimiento. El método incluye generar un modelo de proceso de bioensayo, y luego comparar los datos espectrales en base a una combinación de un biochip y un suero de prueba con el modelo de proceso de bioensayo para determinar si la muestra y el proceso de bioensayo están produciendo datos aceptables. Alternativamente, el método puede incluir comparar datos espectrales en base a una combinación de suero y diluyentes usados en un proceso de electropulverización con el modelo de proceso de bioensayo. Si el proceso de bioensayo y la muestra de prueba coinciden con el moldeo, el espectro producido puede ser analizado. Reivindicación 1: Un método de verificación de calidad/control de calidad para un proceso de bioensayo de alto rendimiento caracterizado porque comprende: seleccionar un grupo diverso de sueros, el grupo diverso de sueros tiene características distintas; aplicar cada uno de los sueros de grupo diverso a por lo menos un punto en una pluralidad de distintos biochip; realizar una espectrometría de masa en cada uno de la pluralidad de biochips; generar un modelo de biochip basado por lo menos parcialmente en los espectros obtenidos de la pluralidad de distintos sueros o biochips; aplicar un suero de prueba a un punto de un biochip; realizar una espectrometría de masa a un suero de prueba para obtener un espectro asociado con el suero de prueba; hacer coincidir el espectro obtenida de dicha espectrometría con el modelo de biochip; y determinar si el espectro coincide con el modelo de biochip.
