Abstract

Composiciones que comprenden un complejo de metal-ligando N-dador tetra amido macrocíclico como un catalizador de blanqueo. Se provee una composición para el blanqueo de la ropa para lavar que comprende: a)un complejo de metal-ligando N-dador tetra amido macrocíclico (preferentemente 5,6-benzo-3,8,11,13-tetraoxo-2,2,9,9,12,12-hexametil-1,4,7,10-tetraaza-ciclo-tridecano), y b) un mejorador estando dicha composición sustancialmente libre de cualquier blanqueador de peroxígeno agregado o de un sistema de blanqueo basado en peroxi o que genera peroxilos. Reivindicación 1: Una composición de blanqueo que comprende; a) un complejo de metal-ligando N-dador tetra amido macrocíclico, y b) un mejorador de detergencia, estando dicha composición sustancialmente libre de cualquier blanqueador de peroxígeno agregado o de un sistema de blanqueo basado en peroxi o que genera peroxilos. Reivindicación 4: Una composición de blanqueo de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el metal-ligando es aquel que tiene la estructura que se muestra a continuación en la fórmula (1) en donde: B1, B3 y B4 representan cada uno un grupo puente que tiene nodos que contienen 0, 1, 2 o 3 C para sustitución, y B2 representa un grupo puente que tiene por lo menos un nodo que contiene un C para sustitución, conteniendo cada uno de dichos nodos un C( R), C(R1)(R2) o C(R )2, cada sustituyente R es igual o diferente de los sustituyentes R restantes, y (i) es seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo, alquenilo, cicloalquilo, cicloalquenilo, arilo, alquinilo, alquilarilo, halógeno, alcoxi, fenoxi y combinaciones de los mismos, o (ii) forma un anillo bencénico sustituido o no sustituido del cual dos C en el anillo forman nodos en la unidad B; M es un ión de un metal de transición; L es un ligando axial; y Q es un contraión de metal alcalino o de tetra-alquil amonio o de tetra-fenil fosfonio.Compositions comprising a metal-ligand N-donor tetracyclic amido ligand complex as a bleaching catalyst. A laundry bleaching composition is provided comprising: a) a metal-ligand complex N-donor tetracyclic amido tetra (preferably 5,6-benzo-3,8,11,13-tetraoxo-2,2 , 9,9,12,12-hexamethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraaza-cyclo-tridecane), and b) an enhancer being said composition substantially free of any added peroxygen bleach or a peroxy-based bleaching system or that generates peroxyl. Claim 1: A bleaching composition comprising; a) a metal-ligand N-donor tetracyclic amido ligand complex, and b) a detergency builder, said composition being substantially free of any added peroxygen bleach or peroxy-based bleaching system or generating peroxyl. Claim 4: A bleaching composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal ligand is the one having the structure shown below in the formula (1) wherein: B1, B3 and B4 each represent a group bridge that has nodes containing 0, 1, 2 or 3 C for substitution, and B2 represents a bridge group that has at least one node that contains a C for substitution, each of said nodes containing a C (R), C (R1) (R2) or C (R) 2, each R substituent is the same or different from the remaining R substituents, and (i) is selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, aryl, alkynyl, alkylaryl, halogen, alkoxy, phenoxy and combinations thereof, or (ii) forms a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring of which two C in the ring form nodes in unit B; M is an ion of a transition metal; L is an axial ligand; and Q is an alkali metal or tetra-alkyl ammonium or tetra-phenyl phosphonium counterion.
