Abstract

Aparato para proveer un sello secundario en un recipiente mezclador con vástago giratorio que lo atraviesa, que comprende un cuello que rota con el vástago, un alojamiento con protuberancia hacia dentro, al menos una tuerca hidráulica, un primer elemento movible axialmente conectado a dicha tuerca y que entra en contacto con el cuello y la protuberancia cuando está cerrado. Además puede tener múltiples elementos selladores con anillos ''O'', tapa de presión con medidor y válvula, y manguito de purga flotante. Método para proveer una unión de sello que lo utiliza. Minimiza el movimiento de traslación y ofrece un sello reversible y seguridad mejorada durante el reemplazo del sello.
