Tales presas (1) también se pueden usar para generar energía eléctrica integrando una pluralidad de generadores de turbina (2) o módulos generadores (3). Según la presente invención, el flujo a través de estos generadores de turbina (2) o módulos generadores (3) se usa ahora para regular el nivel de altura (P) conectando o desconectando selectivamente uno o varios generadores de turbina (2) o módulos generadores (3).
