Abstract
Procedimiento para la integración específica de la secuencia de una secuencia de DNA en el DNA plastídico de un organismo vegetal o de células derivadas del mismo, en donde: a) las moléculas de DNA plastídicas de dicho organismo vegetal o de las células derivadas del mismo contienen por lo menos una secuencia de reconocimiento de recombinasa R1 y se reunen; b) i) por lo menos un constructor de transformación que comprende una secuencia de inserción flanqueada por lo menos unilateralmente por al menos otra secuencia de recombinación R2 así como también; ii) por lo menos una recombinasa específica de la secuencia adecuada para la inducción de eventos de recombinación en dichas secuencias de recombinación R1 y R2 en por lo menos un plástido de dicho organismo vegetal o de células derivadas del mismo; y c) se inserta la secuencia de inserción en el DNA plastídico bajo recombinación de R1 con R2; y d) se aíslan plantas o células, en las cuales se insertó la secuencia de inserción en la molécula de DNA plastídica. Cassette de expresión que contiene una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica para una recombinasa elegida entre el grupo de resolvasas/invertasas bajo control de un promotor activo en plástidos vegetales. Organismo vegetal que contiene el cassette de expresión anterior y cultivos celulares, órganos, tejidos, partes o elementos de reproducción transgénicos derivados del mismo. Expression cassette containing a nucleic acid sequence encoding a recombinase chosen from the resolvase / invertase group under the control of an active promoter in plant plastids. Plant organism containing the previous expression cassette and cell cultures, organs, tissues, parts or transgenic reproductive elements derived therefrom. Use of the organism or cell cultures, organs, tissues, parts or transgenic reproductive elements derived from it as food, fodder or seeds or for the preparation of pharmaceutical products or pure chemicals.
