Abstract

La disposición de cables interconectados se extiende desde bloques de terminación de fibra con módulos adaptadores de fibra de deslizamiento, en el interior de un marco para la distribución de las fibras. En función de la densidad y configuración de los adaptadores de fibra y de los módulos de deslizamiento en el interior del bloque para la terminación de las fibras, pueden proveerse múltiples conjuntos de guías arqueadas para cables, y pueden montarse múltiples divisores para la disposición de los cables, en las guías arqueadas para los cables. El marco para la distribución de las fibras, también incluye un sistema de canalizaciones de cables para dirigir cables luego de que los cables se extienden a través de las guías arqueadas de los cables y a través de los canales definidos por los divisores para la disposición de los cables. La superficie interior de la canalización de cables resiste el movimiento de deslizamiento los cables dispuestos en la canalización. Esta resistencia al deslizamiento de los cables es deseable debido a que algún grado de flojeza o comba en los cables en el interior del bloque de terminación de las fibras, es necesario para el deslizamiento apropiado de los módulos adaptadores. Si se permite que los cables se deslicen en el interior de la canalización que sale de los bloques de terminación de las fibras, esta flojeza o comba, necesaria, de los cables, puede ser removida de los bloques.
