Abstract

En un sistema de monitoreo de red que presenta una pluralidad de tarjetas de línea, cada tarjeta de línea monitorea una cantidad de información de comunicación en consideración a un grupo o un grupo más fino con otras condiciones que una dirección IP adicionada a la misma. Cada una de las tarjetas de línea controla la cantidad de información de comunicación por el uso de una sección de interfase de línea 11, una sección de extracción de cabecera 12, una sección de identificación de flujo 13 y una sección de conteo 16.
