Abstract
El método consiste en tomar una lámina metálica plana de espesor adecuado, y cortar la misma conformando un disco circular; producir, por estampado sobre dicho disco, una pared circunferencial con el borde apestanado de aleta divergente; cortar y expulsar su fondo circular, mediante una accion de estampado sobre la pieza conformada en la etapa anterior; tomar el anillo constituido en la etapa anterior y conformar un segundo borde apestanado de aleta divergente mediante una accion de estampado sobre el borde circular opuesto al que ya posee la primer aleta divergente; colocar el anillo aleteado producido en la etapa anterior en un soporte giratorio y someterlo a un calibrado de terminacion mediante herramientas de corte que actuan sobre los bordes circunferenciales de ambas aletas. El anillo de lámina metálica que se obtiene consiste en un cuerpo unico de lámina metálica cuya seccion transversal es un perfil "C" cuyas aletas divergentes responden a diferentes disenos preestablecidos.The method consists of taking a flat metal sheet of adequate thickness, and cutting it into a circular disk; produce, by stamping on said disk, a circumferential wall with the stamped edge of divergent fin; cut and eject its circular bottom, by means of a stamping action on the piece formed in the previous stage; take the ring constituted in the previous stage and form a second stamped edge of divergent fin by means of a stamping action on the circular edge opposite to that already possessed by the first divergent fin; place the finned ring produced in the previous stage on a rotating support and subject it to a calibration of termination by means of cutting tools that act on the circumferential edges of both fins. The metal foil ring that is obtained consists of a single metal foil body whose cross section is a "C" profile whose divergent fins respond to different pre-established designs.
