Abstract

Un artículo absorbente que comprende una superficie que contacta el cuerpo y un nucleo absorbente. Se caracteriza porque por lo menos una porcion de la superficie que contacta el cuerpo comprende una cantidad eficaz de una composicion para el cuidado de la piel que es solida o semisolida a 40 degree C y que es transferible desde la superficie que contacta el cuerpo a la piel del usuario por contacto, el movimiento normal y calor corporal del usuario a un nivel eficaz para promover una ventaja de piel a la piel del usuario. La composicion para el cuidado de la piel tiene una viscosidad superior a 105 Poise, aproximadamente, bajo esfuerzo cortante inferior a 3X104 dinas/cm2, aproximadamente, y una viscosidad inferior a 102 Poise aproximadamente bajo esfuerzo cortante superior a 106 dinas/cm2, aproximadamente, a 40 degree C. Puede ser aplicado a prendas de higiene femenina tales como toallas sanitarias y panti-protectores, panales, calzoncillos de entrenamiento, dispositivos de incontinencia para adultos, soportes de panales y otros artículos absorbentes.
