Abstract
Una arcilla, o composicion de derivado de arcilla util como soporte de catalizador, un proceso de polimerizacion de olefinas que usa la misma, y un métodode produccion, en donde la composicion comprende el producto de reaccion de: (a) arcilla o deriv ado de arcilla; y (b) un reactivo organometálico uorganometaloide de la formula: Rn-X, en donde cada R se selecciona independientemente a partir del grupo que consiste de hidruro, haluro, R1, OR1, NR12, endonde cada R1 es independientemente un grupo de hidrocarbilo alifático, cicloalifático, y aromático sustituido o no sustituido de 1 a 30 átomos de carbono, yopcionalmente dos o más grupos R1 se enlazan juntos para formar un anillo o estructura de anillo fusionada, con la condicion de que en cau ndo menos unaocurrencia , R sea R1, o dos grupos R juntos sean el derivado fusionado de los dos grupos R1; X es un metal del grupo 1 a 12 o un metaloide del grupo 13; y nes un entero que corresponde a la valencia de X.A clay, or clay derivative composition useful as a catalyst support, an olefin polymerization process using the same, and a production method, wherein the composition comprises the reaction product of: (a) clay or derivative of clay; and (b) an organometallic or organometaloid reagent of the formula: Rn-X, wherein each R is independently selected from the group consisting of hydride, halide, R1, OR1, NR12, where each R1 is independently an aliphatic hydrocarbyl group , cycloaliphatic, and substituted or unsubstituted aromatic of 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and optionally two or more R1 groups bond together to form a fused ring or ring structure, with the proviso that in case less one occurrence, R is R1 , or two groups R together be the merged derivative of the two groups R1; X is a metal from group 1 to 12 or a metalloid from group 13; and nes an integer that corresponds to the valence of X.
