Abstract

As those skilled in the art will appreciate, different embodiments of the present invention may result in the mobile station not having to re-read the identical information of the system each time it changes cells, or while moving in the same cell. This can conserve radio resources and reduce battery consumption, thereby improving the waiting time of the mobile station.
