Abstract

Al extender ellargo total del intersticio de homogeneizacion (7), se obtendrá una altura menor h del intersticio. La mayor longitud delintersticio s e ha logrado porque elintersticio de homogeneizacion (7) está concéntricamente dispuesto a lo largo del estrangulamiento radial, en por lo menos dos -y preferentemente en tres-intersticios concéntricos (7). La válvula homogeneizadora(1) tiene como f uncion la de ser usada como reequipamiento en las homogeneizadoras ya existentes y hasido producida en particular con el fin de obtener una homogeneizacion eficiente para los líquidos que se procesan a una menor presion y con unmayor caudal,como por ejemplo, la leche pasteurizada.The invention relates to a homogenizing valve (1), comprising a pressurized mobile valve cone (5), a valve seat (6) and a valve housing (2) surrounding the cone (5) and the seat ( 6).
