Abstract

Se trata de un proceso y un aparato para mezclar parcialmente substancias alimenticias fluidas, el proceso comprende: segmentar un flujo de un substanciafluida principal en una pluralidad de corrientes de substancia fluida que avanzasubstanc ialmente en paralelo en proximidad cercana; introducirdiscontinuamente un flujo de un aditivo alimenticio fluido, coloreado, dentro del flujo de la substancia principal, en uno o más puntos entre las corrientesde substancia fluida, paraobtener un flujo combinado; y mezclar el flujo combinado lo suficientemente como para permitir la produccion de una mezcla conapariencia marmolada.
