Abstract
Un procedimiento de preparacion de antraquinonas sustituidas representado por la formula general (I), en la cual R representa un átomo de hidrogeno oun grupo alquilo lineal o ramificado de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, un grupo clorometilo, ungru po -COCa, un grupo -COORa o un grupo CH2ORa en donde Raes un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo lineal o ramificado de 1a 5 átomos de carbono R1 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo hidroxilo,alcoxilineal o ramificado de 1 a 5 átomosde car bono o aciloxi de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono; y R2 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, mediante la reaccion deDiels-Alder entre una naftoquinona de formula (II), en la cual R1 es como anteriormente en la presente, y X representa un átomo dehidroge no o dehalogeno, y un dieno acíclico de formula (III): CH2=CR-CH=CH-OR3 en la cual R es como anteriormente en la presente; y R3 representa un grupo sililo deformula -Si(R4)3 en donde R4 es un grupo alquilo lineal o ramificado de 1 a 5átomos de c arbono, seguido de una reaccion de desproteccion oxidante al medioreactivo Jones, para obtener la antraquinona sustituido de formula general (I). Aplicacion para la preparacion de rheinas utiles en farmacia.A process of preparing substituted anthraquinones represented by the general formula (I), in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a chloromethyl group, a group po -COCa, a group -COORa or a CH2ORa group where Ra is a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl, alkoxylinear or branched group of 1 to 5 carbon or acyloxy atoms of 1 to 5 carbon atoms; and R2 represents a hydrogen atom, by means of the Diels-Alder reaction between a naphthoquinone of formula (II), in which R1 is as previously herein, and X represents a non-dehydrogen or dehalogen atom, and an acyclic diene of formula (III): CH2 = CR-CH = CH-OR3 in which R is as above herein; and R3 represents a silyl group deformula -Si (R4) 3 where R4 is a linear or branched alkyl group of 1 to 5 atoms of c-tree, followed by an oxidative deprotection reaction to the Jones medium, to obtain the substituted anthraquinone of general formula (I). Application for the preparation of useful rheins in pharmacy.
