Abstract
Se describen una aislacion del componente de esterol de fases neutras de resina de tallol saponificada. La aislacion de esterol se lleva a cabomediante la extraccion de líquido a partir de los neutros derivados de resina de tallol, lo cual da como resultado una fase hidrocarbonada (preferiblementeheptano) a una temperatura relativamente elevada (preferiblemente superior a 50°C), a la cual se agregan pequenas cantidades del solvente de alcohol,preferiblemente metanol. A la solucion de hidrocarburo/alcohol/neutros se le agrega luego agua a una temperatura superior preferiblemente 60-70°C para darcomo resultado la formacion de dos fases preparadas. La solucion mezclada se deja enfriar lentamente con agitacion para facilitar la cristalizacion de losesteroles. Luego se aíslan los esteroles por filtracion y se lavan con solvente hidrocarbonado lo cual da como resultado un alto rendimiento y altapureza.Isolation of the neutral phase sterol component of saponified tallol resin is described. Isolation of sterol is carried out by removing liquid from neutral tallol resin derivatives, which results in a hydrocarbon phase (preferably heptane) at a relatively high temperature (preferably above 50 ° C), at to which small amounts of the alcohol solvent, preferably methanol, are added. To the hydrocarbon / alcohol / neutral solution water is then added at a higher temperature preferably 60-70 ° C to result in the formation of two prepared phases. The mixed solution is allowed to cool slowly with stirring to facilitate crystallization of the sterols. The sterols are then isolated by filtration and washed with hydrocarbon solvent which results in high performance and high purity.
