Abstract

Antenas y sistemas de antenas mejorados para su uso en celulares y en otros sistemas de comunicaciones inalámbricos. Se provee un elemento de una antena demonopolo plegable que tiene un patron de irradiacion onmidireccional respecto de un plano horizontal, y que muestra una variacion en la ganancia respecto deun plano de elevacion dependiendo del tamano de un plano de tierra asociado. El elemento de la antena de monopolo plegado está compuesto por un elemento deirradiacion monopolo principal y un elemento parásito que están separados por un material dieléctrico que tiene una constante dieléctrica cuyo valores, depreferencia, menor de 4,5 y, en algunos casos menor o igual a 3,3. Se proveen además, varios sistemas de antenas y los métodos para la fabricacion de losmismos.
