Abstract

Nuevas composiciones radiofarmacéuticas que comprenden, en combinacion con un vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable, una sal radioactiva del ácidopirofosfonico. También se proveen nuevas composiciones radiofarmacéuticas que comprenden, encombinaci on con una o más resinas poliméricas, una salradiactiva del ácido pirofosforico. Las composiciones y matrices que incluyen casquillos biocompatibles, son adecuadas, inter alia para ser usadas en métodosde tratamiento que comprendenbraquiterapia.
