Un nuevo proceso para la preparación de sales de una base orgánica y N,N-diacetilcistina (DINAC), por el cual la N-acetilcisteina es oxidada enuna solución acuosa o alcohólica en presencia de la base orgánica, o una sal que contiene formasprotonadas de la base orgánica, y una cantidad catalíticade un hidróxido de metal alcalino, después de lo cual el producto es aislado. Las sales orgánicas de N,N-diacetilcistina preparadas por dichos procesotienen la fórmula general (I).A new process for the preparation of salts of an organic base and N, N-diacetylcystine (DINAC), by which N-acetylcysteine is oxidized in an aqueous or alcoholic solution in the presence of the organic base, or a salt containing protonated forms of the organic base, and a catalytic amount of an alkali metal hydroxide, after which the product is isolated. The organic salts of N, N-diacetylcystine prepared by said processes have the general formula (I).
