Abstract

Una combinación de (A) un polímero soluble en agua conteniendo nitrógeno, (B) un polímero formador de película insoluble en agua, y (C) microesferas conparedes de polímero, llenas de gas, provee un revestimiento térmicamente desprendiblesup erior que (i) puede ser convenientemente aplicado a partir deuna solución y dispersión basada en agua sobre superficies que deban ser protegidas de la pintura, (ii) es estable a temperaturas ambiente, (iii) aúnluego de ser cubierto porpartícu las de pintura acumuladas que representen varias veces su propio espesor, rápidamente se desintegra junto con dichacapa de pintura que se forma sobre él, ante el contacto con agua caliente, en partículas suficientemente pequenas quese liberan con facilidad de las rejasde las cabinas de pintura standard, (iv) normalamente elimina la pegajosidad de partículas de pintura inicialmente pegajosas que podrían escaparse durantela desintegración
