Abstract

Un cabezal plástico descartable para envases plásticos descartables contenedores de líquidos gasificados, compuesto por un cuerpo principal, deforma cilíndrica, dividido en su parte media por un tabique, el que tiene en su parte central unorificio sobresaliente perpendicularmente por una pared,siendo en su parte superior guía del pico pulsador vertedor y en su parte inferior termina en un ángulo vivo para realizar el cierre sobre la válvulaelástica. Su pared, en la parte superior, se corta por una ventana rectangular, por el cual va a desplazarse el pico pulsador, el cual va aencastrar por medio de un filete en el tabique medio, por sobre éste y también por encastre, se acoplará en su parte superior la tapa pulsadora, la cualpivotea en su extremo para realizar la pulsión desplazando el pico pulsador hacia abajo, éste transmitirá el movimiento desplazando la válvula elásticapara permitir la salida de los líquidos por entre los orificios de la válvulay los orificios del extremo inferior del pico pulsador, el que está compuestopor un tubo cilíndrico que se proyecta perpendicular en su parte superior hacia el exterior por entre la ventana del cuerpo principal, el cual poseeen su parte inferior perpendicular a la pared, unos filetes roscadores para acoplar el sistema a la rosca del envase.
