Abstract
Se describen polímeros de sustrato de crecimiento celular que comprenden un macromonómero de la fórmula (I):Q-(PFPE-L)(n-1)-PFPE-Q (I) en donde n es por lo menos 1,0; cada PFPE puede ser igual o diferente y es unpoliéter perfluorado de la fórmula (II): -OCH2CF2O (CF3CF2O)x (CF2O)y CF2CH2O- (II)en donde las unidades CF2CF2O y CF2O pueden ser distribuidas al azar o distribuidas como bloques en la cadena y en donde x e y pueden ser iguales odiferentes de tal modo que el peso molecular del perfluoropoliéter se encuentra en el rango de desde 242 a 4000, L es un grupo ligante difuncional; y Q en cadaextremo del macromonómero es igual o diferente y es un grupo polimerizable. Los polímeros de substrato de crecimiento celular pueden usados en la producción deimplantes córneos. Cell growth substrate polymers can be used in the production of corneal implants. In addition, a material for adhesion and growth of animal cells in vitro containing said polymer and a procedure for the production of said polymer are described.
