Abstract
La presente invención, se refiere a un aparato para desplazar automáticamente lonas de recubrimiento y protección de cargas transportadas porcamiones, semiremolques o vehículos similares. La invención, tiene por finalidad unap arato destinado a superar los problemas que acarrea lacolocación de lonas sobre las cargas confinadas en cajas de camiones o lo similar, y, su posterior desmontaje para descargar las mismas,operaciones éstasque son realizadas manualmentepor op erarios, con una pérdida de tiempo considerable. Para solucionar este problema, la invención propone un aparato defácil montaje en cajas de vehículos de carga que comprende un bastidor de fijación a la caja y un par de perfilespara apo yo y guia de la lona, que esasegurada por un extremo a la parte delantera de la caja. Los perfiles de guia y apoyo de la lona están en correspondencia con respectivas cadenas accionadaspor un motor reversible, a las cuales se engancha lalona, para que, en respuesta al movimiento de las cadenas, la lona pueda ser automáticamentedesplazada para cubrir o descubrir la carga.The present invention refers to an apparatus for automatically moving covering tarpaulins and protection of loads transported by trucks, semi-trailers or similar vehicles. The purpose of the invention is to use a device designed to overcome the problems caused by the placement of tarpaulins on loads confined in truck boxes or the like, and their subsequent dismantling to unload them, operations that are carried out manually by operators, with a considerable waste of time. To solve this problem, the invention proposes an apparatus that is easy to assemble in boxes of cargo vehicles that includes a frame for fixing to the box and a pair of profiles for the support and guide of the tarpaulin, which is secured at one end to the front of box. The guide and support profiles of the canvas are in correspondence with respective chains driven by a reversible motor, to which the canvas is attached, so that, in response to the movement of the chains, the canvas can be automatically moved to cover or uncover the load.
