Abstract

La presente invención brinda un procedimiento para convertir una carga de alimentación hidrocarbúrica (1) en materiales de ebullición inferior quecomprende los pasos de: (a) poner en contacto una carga de alimentación (1), a una temperaturaelev ada y a una presión elevada, con hidrógeno en presenciade un catalizador de hidrocraqueo A para formar un producto hidrocraqueado (3); (b) separar como mínimo una parte del producto hidrocraqueado (3) del paso (a)por medio de destilación en porlo me nos un destilado hidrocraqueado (7) que posee un 5% de punto de ebullición atmosférico de >/= 0°C y un 95% de puntode ebullición atmosférico de </= 160°C, y por lo menos un destilado hidrocraqueado (8, 9, 10) que posea un 95% depunto de ebullición atmosféricode >/= 200°C; y (c) poner en contacto como mínimo una parte de por lo menos un destilado hidrocraqueado (7)que posea un 5% de punto de ebulliciónatmosférico de >/= 0°C y un 95% de punto de ebullición atmosférico de</= 16 0°C a una temperatura elevada y a una presión elevada, con hidrógeno en presenciade un catalizador de hidrocraqueo B que comprenda un tamiz molecular.The present invention provides a method of converting a hydrocarbon feed charge (1) to lower boiling materials comprising the steps of: (a) bringing a feed charge (1) into contact at elevated temperature and elevated pressure, with hydrogen in the presence of a hydrocracking catalyst A to form a hydrocracked product (3); (b) separating at least a part of the hydrocracked product (3) from step (a) by means of distillation, therefore at least one hydrocracked distillate (7) that has a 5% atmospheric boiling point of> / = 0 ° C and 95% atmospheric boiling point of </ = 160 ° C, and at least one hydrocracked distillate (8, 9, 10) having 95% atmospheric boiling point of> / = 200 ° C; and (c) contacting at least a part of at least one hydrocracked distillate (7) that has a 5% atmospheric boiling point of> / = 0 ° C and a 95% atmospheric boiling point of </ = 16 0 ° C at elevated temperature and at elevated pressure, with hydrogen in the presence of a hydrocracking catalyst B comprising a molecular sieve.
