Abstract

An informative device powered by electricity and fixed on top of a motor vehicles, has its mechanisms encased in transparent perspex and a metal case. These mechanisms are the intertwine of mechanical and electronic components. Two wooden or plastic cylindrical shafts with two circular grooves each, have at their ends steel ball bearings mounted in a fender, rotates with a rotational force established by electronic motors, with the help of electronic motor belts two elastic belts which are attached to information sheet, runs through the circular grooves of the cylindrical shafts, eventually revolve round the cylindrical shafts to exhibit information display through the transparent perspex. With possession of lighting system, the information is very attractive in the night as well. Though it is fixed on top of motor vehicle, it can also be placed at hotels, offices or any other public attending places

Description

AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE THAT GIVES INFORMATION DISPLAY. BACKGROUND - Field of Invention,
This invention relates to the propagation of visual informationto the general public, in a highly perceptive attraction such asthe Television, and the moving signs, to the interest of a
nation, an individual, or the general public. __J
Background - Description of Prior Art
Presently, the information media are Newspapers.Radio, Billboards, Moving signs, Stickers, T-shirts.Calendars. So far, there is no record of visual informationmodern technology.
Television,Banners andany electronically medium which is placed on top of vehicles by

But it isperception are most of them, aparthas also got theiran undisputable factcaused by objects in rotating rods cause the informationincreasing the response of perception ofinformation that is put across. (,
As an information medium, the concept of the idea of being placedon top of vehicle, hence making it very conspicuous and thecombination of rotating rods attached to steel ball bearings, intertwined with electronic amplifier and motors, makes myinvention unique. OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES OF MY INVENTION, 1. It is Simple, Safe and easy to install 2. It is accessible to mechanical shock 3. It is very inculcative, owing to its constant durationinterval of display. 4. It is very conspicuous, being fixed on top of any vehicle of any size. 5. It is noiseless, therefore, there is no interference withthe horns of the vehicle. 6. It is easy to maintain.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
The basic embodiment of my invention is shown in Fig. Al, Fig A2and Fig A3 in isometric view.
It comprises three main parts, namely Rotating System.· Cylindricalshaft (10), steel ball bearings (4) and the electronic motors
BAD ORIGINAL ' (8), the Revolving System: The electronic motor belts (7),elastic belts (6) and the periodic information sheet (1). and theElectronic.- The heat resist circuit (2), lighting system (3) andthe speed control resistors (5).
In the rotating system. the cylindrical shaft (10) which isdesigned with two circular grooves and the steel ball bearings(4) are separable as shown in Fig. A. but the electronic motor• 8) is fixed on the lower fender (14) with screws (11) and linkedto the electronic system with flexible wires (13).
The revolving system, which involves the elastic belts (6) thatrun through the circular grooves of the cylindrical shafts (10)are detachable from the periodic information sheet (1). but theelectronic motor belt (7) is put around the cylindrical shaft(10) without a groove and linked to the electronic motor (8) tocause the cylindrical shaft (10) to rotate.
The electronic system consists the heat resist circuit (2) whichis an electronic amplifier, regulates the current in the lightingsystem (3). the electronic motor (8), and the speed Controlresistors (5) .
In Fig. B the drilled holes in the perspex (16)and the metalenclosure case (15) are fitted together with screws (11) toenclose and protect Fig. A from absorbing mechanical shock ordeformation. OPERATION.
The required information to be propagated, is put on the periodicinformation sheet (1), by means of printing or otherwise. andthen fixed to the elastic belt (6). With the aid of the perspex(16), and the metal enclosure case (15) in Fig. B, the whole setup is assembled as in Fig. E.
Next, introduce an alternating power source being an inputCurrent (17) which would be Converted into a direct Current by a12 volts transformer (9) with the aid of diodes (12) and aCapacitor (18). After the conversion this current runs throughthe heat resist circuit (2), which is eventually amplified andused by the two electronic motors (8), to rotate with a Consider-able force.
