Abstract

The invention concerns a method for brewing a beer-type beverage, obtained by brewing sorgum wort, characterised in that said sorgum wort is obtained after a first preparatory phase wherein the sorgum alone is brewed, said phase being carried out on sorgum-grain or sorgum-malt, said first phase being perfomed in two gradual step by step heating processes, then cooling by adding cold water and barley malt required for standard final brewing.
