Abstract

A tariff table is made up oi' one or more tariff codes and an associated tariff charge. The tariff charge corresponds U a distance-related charge for the provision of a service between a source location and a destination location. Each one of the tariff codes identifies a destination location to which the associated tariff charge applies.
