This invention relates to an exhaust duct. Conventional exhaust ducts include a jinkasa type duct as shown in Figure 7, a stick type duct as shown in Figure 8,
Various types of exhaust ducts, such as a duct top type as shown in FIG. 9, are known. These exhaust ducts are
The duct is simply intended to prevent exhaust air and rainwater from entering, and no consideration has been given to soundproofing or odor control. For example, the Jinkasa type duct has the disadvantage that a high scratching sound or wind noise is generated due to the exhaust air speed during the final stage of the exhaust duct.
The friction noise is caused by a combination of the rotating sound of the fan installed at the bottom of the exhaust duct and the wind noise, which generates a high level of noise. As shown in Figure 10, these noises and odors are suppressed by the air vents installed above the exhaust ducts, so they are carried along with the air discharged horizontally and downwards, causing noise and odors in the neighborhood.
It had the disadvantage of causing odor pollution. Furthermore, since the exhaust gas collides with the Jinkasa and spreads, air resistance becomes large, and noise and odors are difficult to diffuse upward. On the other hand, the stick-type exhaust duct also had the disadvantage that the noise and odor in the discharge direction, similar to the Jinkasa type, were even stronger. The duct top type was developed for combustion exhaust from combustion equipment, and is mainly used to prevent backflow. However, this type has the disadvantage that when the exhaust air speed is high and the exhaust volume is large, air resistance increases and noise and odor are emitted not only upward but also horizontally and downward. In the first place, this type is not suitable for exhausting large air volumes. As an example, if a conventional exhaust duct Jinkasa type duct is used, the height from the fan to the exhaust port is approximately 2 m, and a 600 mm x 1.5 KW x 1450 rpm axial flow fan generates a noise of 85 phon, the exhaust In the final stage of the duct, a fan noise of 85 to 88 phons is generated in a width of 1.5 m, and the odor level contained in the exhaust air from this part is about 1000 times higher. At this time, at a position 5m away from the exhaust port and 1.5m above the ground, the noise and scraping sound of 76 phons is measured, and the odor intensity is approximately 500 times higher. However, this value is based on the following Offensive Odor Prevention Act, related laws and regulations, and Noise Control Act (Type 2).
The values shown in cannot be cleared.

[Table] Area Therefore, this idea consists of an exhaust pipe that gradually widens its inner diameter as it approaches the exhaust port, and a guide that is bent in the middle and fixed to the exhaust port with both ends facing outward. It is an object of the present invention to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing an exhaust duct characterized by comprising a cover with a drain that is sealed except for the upper part and fixed around the exhaust port. The following is a first diagram showing a perspective view of an embodiment of this invention.
Figure 2 represents a side view, Figure 3 represents a front view.
The explanation will be given with reference to FIG. 4, which shows a plan view, and FIGS. 5 and 6, which show a state of use. 1 is an exhaust stack. In this embodiment, the height of the exhaust pipe 1 from the 600mmφ fan 2 to the exhaust port 3 of the exhaust pipe 1 is approximately 2 m.
The outdoor part has an S-shaped part. S
A drainage drain 4 is attached to the bottom of the character-shaped portion. The exhaust pipe 1 is formed using a galvanized iron plate, an iron plate, a stainless steel plate, and a plastic plate. In the vicinity of the exhaust port 3 of the exhaust pipe 1, the diameter gradually increases as it approaches the exhaust port 3. That is, on the side surface shown in Figure 2, the diameter increases from approximately 400 mm to approximately 600 mm during the approximately 600 mm of the final stage of the exhaust pipe, and on the front surface shown in Figure 3, the diameter increases from approximately 700 mm to approximately 1000 mm within the same approximately 600 mm interval. The diameter has been increased. By gradually increasing the inner diameter in the vicinity of the exhaust port in this way, air resistance at the edge of the exhaust port 3 is reduced and generation of exhaust scraping noise is prevented. 5 is a guide.
The guide 5 has a center-folded shape, and in this embodiment, it has a V shape.
Consists of letter shapes. Both ends of the guide 5 are fixed to the exhaust port 3 via a support 7 in a state facing outward. Second
In the figure, the distance between the center tip of guide 5 and exhaust port 3 is approximately
The distance between the end of the guide 5 and the exhaust port 3 is approximately 500 mm. However, from the front, when installing the exhaust pipes 1 in a connected manner as shown in Fig. 3,
The guide 5 is inclined toward the side opposite to the adjacent exhaust pipe 1. In this embodiment, both θ 1 and θ 2 are about 1° to 2°. It has been experimentally confirmed that such an inclination reduces noise and the like. The guide 5 may also be inclined when the exhaust pipe 1 is attached alone.
The V-shaped angle θ 3 of the guide 5 is comprised between 80° and 90°. If the angle is greater than 90°, the amount of exhaust gas hitting the surrounding cover 6 will be large and the resistance will be large, which is not desirable. If the angle is smaller than 80°, dirt, rainwater, etc. may enter the exhaust pipe, which is undesirable. In this example, the guide 5 is fixed, but 80
The angle may be adjustable within a range of 90°. In that case, it is possible to adjust the height at which the exhaust air reaches the air. The width of the cover 6 shown in Figure 2 is 1200 mm.
mm, the width shown in Figure 3 is 1700 mm, and is sealed and fixed around the exhaust port 3 except for the upper part. A drain 9 is installed at the bottom. Therefore, it is possible to prevent noise and odor from moving horizontally and downward. In this example, 300 ~
Formed 400mm higher. Around the cover 6, apply or paste asphalt-based soundproofing material to a thickness of 5 to 10 mm. A support frame 8 fixes the exhaust pipe 1 to the roof. Then, when the fan 2 is rotated to start exhausting air, the exhaust gas is guided from the exhaust port 3 to the guide 5 and is discharged outward from the cover 6. The noise from fan 2 is approximately 85 phon, but the noise and friction sound measured at a distance of 1.5 m from the cover 6 is 68 phon. The exhaust gas is led to a guide 5 and a cover 6,
As shown in Figure 5, in a windless state, it rises diagonally upward at an initial speed of about 10 m/sec, and about 8 m from the exhaust port.
It becomes horizontal at the point. At this time, the diffusion of the exhaust gas becomes about 10 times, and the odor intensity is about 1000 times, which is about 1/10.
It will be doubled. Therefore, when the odor and noise are measured at point A, which is 5 m away from the exhaust port, the noise is 56 phons, and no odor is detected. This is because the entire exhaust gas was discharged upward. These odor and noise measurements meet the Offensive Odor Prevention Act and noise regulations. Therefore, this invention provides an exhaust duct which has excellent soundproofing and odorproofing abilities despite its simple structure.
