Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a quick and accurate washing and drying by introducing outside air into an air passage in the washing through an atmospheric pressure introduction means provided in the air passage connected to a compressed air generation source while a detergent solution in a nozzle drains by own weight. CONSTITUTION:In the washing and drying operation, nozzles 1-3 are moved onto a washing tank 11 and slightly lowered to house the tip of the nozzles 1-3 into the washing tank 11. Then, the passage of three-way port changeover valves 12-14 is set to the side of the solid arrow and tubes 4-6 and nozzles 1-3 are washed with a detergent solution naturally flowing down from a detergent solution storage tank while preventing the contamination of the perimiter thereof due to flying of the solution. When drying them, a three-way port changeover valve 21 is set in the direction of the broken arrow to communicate atmospheric air to the air passage, the detergent solution drains by own weight with the nozzles 1-3 all subjected to an atmospheric pressure. With the passage of the valve 21 set to the side of the solid arrow, small amount of the detergent solution left at the tip of the nozzles are fully drained with ease by passing compressed air from an air compressor 22 whereby the inside of the nozzles and tubes is dried quickly.
