Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a soft thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet from being deformed and deteriorated even at a high temperature by setting the rate of shrinkage thereof in heating at a specified temperature for a specified time to a specific value or less, and setting the thickness to a specified thickness. SOLUTION: This low shrinkage sheet having thermal deformation resistance and thermal deterioration resistance, particularly, a trunk board decorative sheet is formed by thermally treating a soft thermoplastic resin sheet obtained by calendar molding so that the rate of shrinkage in 80 deg.C×2 hr heating of a 1-mm-thick square sheet thereof is 0.5% or less. The decorative sheet(TBS) to be mounted on a trunk board is screwed in seven vis holes as one example. Even when a soft thermoplastic resin is used, a heat resisting and thermal deterioration resisting decorative sheet can be obtained by subjecting it to a proper heating treatment after molding.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present inventors provide a decorative sheet which is low in production cost, easy to maintain such as cleaning, and can have various appearances like the carpet. For the purpose, it has been studied to use a soft thermoplastic resin molded into a sheet as a decorative sheet. However, the temperature in the trunk room may rise considerably due to sunlight, and the decorative sheet is exposed to a high-temperature atmosphere. For this reason, even if it is attempted to use a molded sheet of a soft thermoplastic resin instead of the carpet as a decorative sheet instead of the carpet, inconveniences such as corrugated deformation due to expansion and contraction due to heating occur as a decorative sheet. It turned out to be unusable. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a decorative sheet further having a property of not being deformed or deteriorated even at a high temperature.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have studied to provide a decorative sheet having the above-mentioned characteristics, and have studied extrusion molding,
The sheet can be manufactured by a relatively simple manufacturing method such as calendering, and is subjected to a relatively simple post-treatment, that is, a heat treatment at a predetermined temperature or higher for a predetermined time, so that the heat-resistant deformation required for the decorative sheet and heat resistance It has been found that a sheet having a deteriorated property can be obtained. In particular, when a soft thermoplastic resin is used as a material for forming a decorative sheet, and when combined with a calendar molding method, the pigment can be sufficiently added to the molding material, so that the sheet can be easily colored. The present inventors have found that a sheet having a versatility comparable to that of a conventional carpet sheet decorative material can be obtained because a molding machine can be continuously attached, and the present invention has been completed.

[0005] Therefore, the gist of the present invention is that a sheet made of a soft thermoplastic resin obtained by the above-mentioned known molding method, particularly a calender molding method, is obtained by heating a square sheet having a thickness of 1 mm at 80 ° C for 2 hours. It is a low-shrink sheet having heat-resistant deformation and heat-induced deterioration, which is heat-treated to have a shrinkage of 0.5% or less, particularly a decorative sheet for a trunk board. Furthermore, after temporarily cutting slightly larger than required dimensions, annealing for 20 hours or more at a temperature of 80 ° C. or more, and then secondary cutting, a trunk board cosmetic having heat-resistant deformation and heat-resistant property. On the sheet.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a decorative sheet (TBS) attached to a trunk board, which is configured to be biz-stopped at seven biz-stop holes (BH). If the heat treatment (annealing treatment) is not performed on the decorative sheet, a wavy distortion is generated at a place where biz is stopped. 2 and 3 show a trunk board (T) to which a decorative sheet of the present invention is attached in a trunk room (TR).
FIG. 3 shows a use mode of the trunk board to which the decorative sheet having the cut surface AA in FIG. 2 is attached.

As a thermoplastic material forming the decorative sheet, a soft thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride or polyolefin-based polyethylene can be used. In particular, use of soft polyvinyl chloride is preferred from the viewpoint of cost and post-processability such as printability. In addition, these thermoplastic resins require the use of various known additives for the purpose of improving heat resistance and heat deformation resistance. As an additive, the carbon number of a plasticizer having a small heat transfer property is required. It is preferable to use one containing 6 to 12 straight trimeric acid esters of aliphatic alcohols, an epoxy compound which is a heat stabilizer, and a Ba-Zn composite stabilizer.

Polyolefins can be used as the soft thermoplastic resin in place of the polyvinyl chloride resin. At that time, it is preferable to add a phosphate stabilizer which imparts heat resistance and oxidation resistance. If calcium stearate for improving the calendering processability is added, calendering is also possible.
