Among the above, in the method of pushing the insulator made of urethane foam through the insertion hole, the bag structure portion to be filled with the insulator, for example, the front side portion of the rear wheel arch has a longitudinal sectional shape. When the width of the lateral wall is longer than the height of the wall and the cross-sectional shape is relatively laterally long, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), the insertion hole b provided in the inner vertical wall of the bag structure portion a is not so much. Since it cannot be made large, if a long insulator c made of urethane foam is pushed into the insertion hole b smaller than the cross-sectional area of the insulator by, for example, a finger, the density of the portion of the insulator pushed by the finger becomes high and becomes hard. It is difficult to push the insulator inside during the outfitting process, and the pushed insulator becomes partially hard. Soundproof function is reduced, a problem that may occur. If the insertion hole b is provided in the upper lateral wall of the bag structure portion a as shown in FIG. 2B, the insulator made of urethane foam can be easily inserted, but the closing cap of the insertion hole b is formed on the outer surface of the vehicle body. However, such a method cannot be used at all because it is exposed to the outside and significantly impairs the appearance of the vehicle.

As a specific example of a method for filling the inside of the bag structure by foaming and expanding the thermosensitive foam material preset in the bag structure by the furnace heat in the coating process, as shown in FIG. The heat-sensitive foam material d is attached to a part of the inner surface of the bag structure portion a in the panel assembly step of the part, and the heat-sensitive foam material d expands and expands due to the heat of the coating step to fill the inside of the bag structure portion a. And a sealant assembly in which a cap is integrally fixed to one end of a heat-sensitive foam having a substantially cylindrical shape, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-228381.
The heat-sensitive foam material is inserted from the insertion hole provided on the inner vertical wall of the bag structure part and fixed and assembled with the cap sealing the above-mentioned insertion hole, and the heat-sensitive foam material expands and expands due to the heat of the painting process. There is a method of filling the inside of the bag structure.

The method in which the heat-sensitive foam material is preliminarily set in the bag structure portion and foamed and filled by the heat in the coating process as described above has no problem in mounting workability, but in the bag structure body in the coating process. There is a problem that paint cannot be applied to the area where the heat-sensitive foam is attached or the area around the insertion hole where the cap is fixed, and a decrease in rust prevention cannot be avoided. From the point of view, the method of pushing the insulator made of urethane foam into the bag structure in the fitting process after the painting process is far superior.

As described above, the pushing force of the cap body acts on the bottom surface of the hole near the tip surface of the insulator through the rod-shaped portion, so that the insulator is not pushed from the outside but from the inside of the bag structure. Since it will be pulled in, the insulator will relatively easily go into the inside of the insertion hole compared to pushing it in from the outside, and the insulator will be inserted and the cap will be pushed in one action by pushing the cap body. Closing of the insertion hole by the part can be completed at the same time, and the insulator filling work can be significantly simplified, and the insulator filling work is performed in the fitting process after the painting process, so it is completely rust-proof. there is no problem.

An insertion hole b for the insulator 1 is provided in an inner vertical wall (vertical surface of the rear quarter panel inner 11) of the bag structure portion a, and the insulator assembly 8 of the insulator assembly 8 is installed in a fitting process after the vehicle body painting process. The insulator 1 is pushed in through the insertion hole b, and then the cap portion 4 of the cap body 3 is pushed. Then, the flange portion 6a at the tip of the rod portion 6 presses the bottom portion 2a of the hole 2 of the insulator 1,
As shown in (C), the insulator 1 enters the bag structure portion a while being compressed and elastically deformed in the radial direction at the peripheral portion of the insertion hole b. In this case, the flange portion 6a at the tip of the rod portion 6 pushes the bottom portion 2a of the hole 2 inside the insertion hole b, so that the insulator 1 is pulled in from the inside, not from the outside. As compared with the case where the insulator 1 is pushed in from the outside, the insulator 1 is relatively smoothly elastically deformed and drawn into the bag structure portion a.

The portion of the insulator 1 that has entered the bag structure portion a is gradually elastically restored to change its shape in accordance with the shape of the inner wall surface of the bag structure portion a, and the rod-shaped portion 6 is also somewhat elastic in response to it. Entering into the depths with bending deformation,
When the entire insulator 1 enters the inside of the insertion hole b and the inside of the insulator 1 is filled in the bag structure portion a, as shown in FIG. 1D, the engaging claw portion 5 is inserted into the insertion hole b.
The cap portion 4 is fixed to a state in which the insertion hole b is closed by being fitted and engaged with the inner peripheral portion of the insertion hole b and joined to the outer peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole b.

The size of the insertion hole b is the same as that of the insulator 1.
Since the cross-sectional area of the insulator 1 is smaller than that of the insulator 1, first, the outer periphery of the insulator 1 is pressed by hand and elastically deformed to reduce the diameter, and the insulator 1 is inserted into the insert hole b. When the cap 6 is pushed after the contact portion between the flange portion 6a at the tip of the rod-shaped portion 6 and the bottom portion 2a of the hole 2 is positioned inside the insertion hole b by inserting, the insulator filling work becomes easier. .

A rear seat belt 9 for a rear seat occupant is mounted on the inner side of the front side of the rear wheel arch portion 10. When mounting the rear seat belt 9 in the outfitting process, a harness or a trunk passing near the rear seat belt 9 is attached. Care must be taken not to damage the cable of the lid opener. In such a case, if a clamp-shaped holder portion 7 is integrally provided on the cap portion 4 of the cap body 3 as in the above-described embodiment, the holder portion 7 collectively clamps harnesses, cables and the like passing thereabout. By doing so, there is no risk of damaging the harness, cables, etc. when mounting the rear seat belt 9, and the rear seat belt mounting work can be facilitated.
It is very convenient. However, in the present invention, the clamp-shaped holder portion 7 is not always necessary and may be omitted.

1. An insulator made of a foamed resin material having a cross-sectional area larger than an opening area of the insertion hole is press-fitted from an insertion hole provided in a part of a wall portion of the bag structure portion of the vehicle body to insert the inside of the bag structure portion. In the case of filling with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a hole extending from the base end surface to the vicinity of the tip end surface, a rod-shaped portion is projected on a cap that closes the insertion hole, and the rod-shaped portion is fitted into the hole of the insulator. With the tip end surface of the rod-shaped part in contact with the bottom part of the hole, press the insulator tip part through the insertion hole, and then press the cap to insert the tip end part of the rod-shaped part into the bottom part of the hole. The insulator is pulled into the bag structure from the inside of the insertion hole by pressing inside the hole, and when the entire insulator enters the bag structure and fills the inside of the bag structure, the cap closes the insertion hole. Become A method for filling an insulator into a bag structure portion of a vehicle body, comprising:
