このロボットカメラ1は左右340度上下100度旋回し1倍から16倍までズーム可能なために本部側のテレビ電話15からDTMF音により店舗側のデュアルモードテレビ電話5に接続しマルチコントローラ4によりDTMF音をロボットカメラ制御信号に変換してロボットカメラ1を操作する。
店舗の大型テレビ16にはIRリモコン17が設置されていてマルチコントローラ4に接続されている。
本部から大型テレビ16の入力を切り換え有線放送から本部映像を映す事もできる。
