Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly display various pieces of information of a patient on a corridor lamp information display section. <P>SOLUTION: A nurse call device is provided with: a nurse call slave unit 6, which is installed for each sickbed in a sickroom and has a calling function and a conversation function; a nurse call master unit 2, which is installed for each nurse station and has a call notice function, the conversation function, the calling function, and an information display function provided with a master unit information display section 22; a corridor lamp 5, which is installed for each sickroom in a corridor and has the call notice function for lighting/blinking a call display lamp 51 in response to a call of the nurse call slave unit; a call/conversation control part 31 for controlling the nurse call master unit and the corridor lamp; a storage device 4 for storing the patient information and nursing care information for displaying on the nurse call master unit; an ordering system 1 which previously stores the patient/nursing care information so as to be edited and transmits the patient/nursing care information to the storage device. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ナースコール装置に係わり、特に、廊下灯の情報表示部に患者情報や看護情報などの各種情報を表示することができるナースコール装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、この種のナースコール装置として、ナースセンター側での操作により、病室の出入口に設置された患者情報板に患者の各種情報を表示させるものが知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このナースコール装置においては、患者から呼び出しがあったときに、呼び出しを行なった患者の各種情報が廊下灯の患者情報板に表示されるように構成されている。

しかしながら、このような構成のナースコール装置では、ナースセンター内のデータ伝送装置によって作成された患者の各種情報が伝送路を介して廊下灯の患者情報板に送られ、この情報が当該患者情報板に表示されるように構成されていることから、例えば、ナースコール親機が複数台設置されている場合は、各ナースコール親機から各ナースセンターが管理している患者の各種情報を個々に入力しなければならず、煩雑になるという難点があった。また、廊下灯に、患者情報板に表示させる画像情報を追加・変更する機能が存在しないことから、患者情報板の待受画面の追加・変更や動作プログラムの変更を容易に行なうことができず、さらに、廊下灯の患者情報板に、患者の各種情報が何人にも参照可能に表示されることから、患者のプライバシーが侵害されるおそれがあった。

本発明は、このような難点を解決するためになされたもので、患者の各種情報を編集可能に記憶し、患者の各種情報を記憶装置に送信するオーダリングシステムを用いることにより、廊下灯情報表示部に患者の各種情報を適宜表示させるとともに、廊下灯情報表示部の待受画面の追加・変更や動作プログラムの変更を容易に行なうことができ、さらに、患者のプライバシーの保護を図ることができるナースコール装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明のナースコール装置は、病室のベッド毎に設置され患者が看護師を呼出すための呼出機能、呼出しに応答した看護師と通話するための通話機能を有するナースコール子機と、ナースステーション毎に設置されナースコール子機からの呼出しを報知する呼出報知機能、呼出した患者と通話するための通話機能、患者を呼出すための呼出機能、親機情報表示部を備えた情報表示機能を有するナースコール親機と、病室毎に廊下に設置されナースコール子機の呼出しに応じて呼出表示灯を点灯・点滅する呼出報知機能を有する廊下灯と、ナースコール親機および廊下灯を制御する呼出・通話制御機と、ナースコール親機に表示するための患者名、ベッド番号等の患者情報および担送・護送の救護区分等の看護情報を記憶する記憶装置と、患者情報又は、患者情報並びに看護情報が編集可能に予め記憶され、患者情報又は、患者情報並びに看護情報を記憶装置に送信するオーダリングシステムとを備え、廊下灯は、当該病室に入院している患者に関する患者情報又は、患者情報並びに看護情報を記憶装置から読み出して、表示するための廊下灯情報表示部を有している。

また、本発明のナースコール装置における廊下灯は、ナースコール子機からの呼出がなされたとき、ナースコール子機から呼出しを行なった患者に関する患者情報又は、患者情報並びに看護情報を記憶装置から読み出して、呼出表示灯の点灯・点滅と同時に表示するための廊下灯情報表示部を有している。

以下、本発明のナースコール装置の好ましい実施の形態例について、図面を参照して詳述する。ここで、図１は、本発明のナースコール装置を適用したナースコール装置のシステム構成図、図２は、本発明のナースコール装置におけるナースコール親機制御部のブロック図、図３は、本発明のナースコール装置における廊下灯のブロック図を示している。

図１において、本発明のナースコール装置は、例えば、病室番号が「１０１」、「１０２」、…のように予め割り当てられた病室内の各ベッド付近に設置され、呼出機能および通話機能を有するナースコール子機６と、各ナースステーション毎に設置され、呼出報知機能、通話機能、呼出機能および情報表示機能を有するナースコール親機２と、各病室の出入口にそれぞれ設置され、呼出報知機能を有する廊下灯５と、ナースステーション内若しくは共用部に設置され、ナースコール親機２および各廊下灯５を制御するための制御機３と、患者の各種情報を記憶する記憶装置４と、患者の各種情報を編集可能に記憶し、患者の各種情報を記憶装置に送信するオーダリングシステム１と、患者のベッドサイドに設置され、患者名、ベッド番号等の患者情報又は、患者情報並びに担送・護送の救護区分等の看護情報（以下、「患者・看護情報」という。）を患者・看護情報を閲覧するための患者情報表示装置７と、制御機３に接続される無線基地局８および第１〜第３の無線子機９ａ〜９ｃとを備えている。なお、同図においては、説明を簡単にするため、１台のナースコール親機２および廊下灯５並びに２台のナースコール子機６および患者情報表示装置７がそれぞれ図示されている。

ここで、各ナースコール子機６および各患者情報表示装置７は、第１の伝送路Ｌ１を介して対応する廊下灯５に接続され、各廊下灯５には、第２の伝送路Ｌ２を介して制御機３が接続されている。また、制御機３は第３の伝送路Ｌ３を介してナースコール親機２に接続され、このナースコール親機２には第４の伝送路Ｌ４を介してオーダリングシステム１が、第５の伝送路Ｌ５を介して記憶装置４がそれぞれ接続されている。なお、第１の伝送路Ｌ１は第１の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ１ａおよび第１の情報表示伝送路Ｌ１ｂを、第２の伝送路Ｌ２は第２の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ２ａおよび第２の情報表示伝送路Ｌ２ｂを、第３の伝送路Ｌ３は第３の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ３ａおよび第３の情報表示伝送路Ｌ３ｂをそれぞれ備えている。

各ナースコール親機２はそれぞれ同様の構成とされ、患者の呼出に対して応答し通話するための通話部２１と、待受時には当該ナースステーションが管理する全病室内のベッドのレイアウトどおりに患者名を表示し、ナースコール子機６からの呼出時には呼び出した患者名を強調して表示するとともに、当該患者の患者情報又は患者・看護情報を表示し、さらに呼び出した患者の映像を表示させるためのＬＣＤなどから成る情報表示部２２（以下「親機情報表示部２２」という。）と、ナースステーション内の看護師の映像を撮像するための親機カメラ２３と、ナースコール親機制御部２４とを備えている。

制御機３は、患者との呼出・通話を制御する呼出・通話制御部３１と、廊下灯５を駆動させるための情報表示部制御部３２とを備えており、前者の呼出・通話制御部３１は、第２の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ２ａを介して廊下灯５に、第３の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ３ａを介してナースコール親機２にそれぞれ接続されている。また、後者の情報表示部制御部３２は第２の情報表示伝送路Ｌ２ｂを介して廊下灯５に、第３の情報表示伝送路Ｌ３ｂを介してナースコール親機２にそれぞれ接続されている。

各廊下灯５はそれぞれ同様の構成とされ、図３に示すように、ナースコール子機６の呼出しに応じて点灯・点滅する呼出表示灯５１と、待受時には当該病室内のベッドのレイアウトどおりに患者名を表示し、ナースコール子機６からの呼出時には呼び出した患者名を強調して表示するとともに、当該患者の患者情報又は患者・看護情報を表示し、さらに呼び出した患者の映像を表示させるためのＬＣＤなどから成る情報表示部５２（以下「廊下灯情報表示部５２」という。）と、ナースコール親機２やナースコール子機６と通話するためのスピーカ５８（以下「廊下灯スピーカ５８」という。）およびマイク５９（以下「廊下灯マイク５９」という。）とを備えており、この廊下灯５には、廊下灯情報表示部５２を駆動するための人体センサ５３、患者情報や患者・看護情報などの画面に切り替えるための切替ボタン５４、呼出状態を復旧するための復旧ボタン５５、所定の操作をするためのタッチパネル５６、各廊下灯５を特定するための廊下灯ＩＤを設定するための設定スイッチ５７、病室内の様子をモニターするためのモニタボタン６５、廊下を監視し、看護師又は見舞い人を撮像するカメラ６６（以下「廊下灯カメラ６６」という。）、患者が所持する送信機１０から送信される信号を受信するための受信アンテナ６７、看護師や医師の指紋を識別する指紋識別部又は看護師や医師が予め定められた暗証番号を入力する暗証番号入力部６８、ナースコール親機２を呼び出すための呼出ボタン６９、患者からの呼出時に応答するための応答ボタン７０および所定時間（６０秒程度）の経過後にバックライトを消灯させるためのタイマＴＩのうち少なくとも一つを付加することができる。

各患者情報表示装置７はそれぞれ同様の構成とされ、患者を撮像するカメラ７１（以下「患者カメラ７１」という。）と、患者・看護情報を表示させるとともに看護師や見舞い人の映像を表示させるための情報表示部７２（以下「患者情報表示部７２」という。）とを備えており、各患者情報表示装置７は第１の表示伝送路Ｌ１ｂを介して対応する廊下灯５にそれぞれ接続されている。

各病室内には、生体モニタ８、点滴装置９、天井スピーカＴＳ、天井マイクＴＭおよび天井カメラＴＣがそれぞれ設置されており、これらの生体モニタ８、点滴装置９、天井スピーカＴＳ、天井マイクＴＭおよび天井カメラＴＣのうち少なくとも一つは、対応する廊下灯５に接続されている。

次に、このように構成された本発明のナースコール装置の動作について説明する。

まず、オーダリングシステム１から、患者のＩＤ、名前、性別などの患者情報が入力され、かかる患者情報が第４の伝送路Ｌ４を介してナースコール装置２へ伝送される。また、ナースコール装置２から、担送・護送、看護計画、感染症などの看護情報が入力され、当該看護情報が上記の患者情報に付加され、患者・看護情報として第５の伝送路Ｌ５を介して記憶装置４へ伝送され、当該記憶装置４に患者・看護情報が記憶される。さらに、記憶装置４には、必要により、病院内の喫茶店、売店などからの広告情報も併せて記憶される。なお、看護情報はオーダリングシステム１やその他の外部機器（図示せず）から入力することもできる。

このような患者・看護情報は、ナースコール親機制御部２４の制御により記憶装置４から定期的に取り出され、ナースコール親機２から第３の情報表示伝送路Ｌ３ｂ、情報表示部制御部３２および第２の情報表示伝送路Ｌ２ｂを介して各廊下灯５へ、また、各廊下灯５から第１の情報表示伝送路Ｌ１ｂを介して対応する患者情報表示装置７へそれぞれ伝送される（以下「ナースコール親機２、第３の情報表示伝送路Ｌ３ｂ、情報表示部制御部３２、第２の情報表示伝送路Ｌ２ｂ、廊下灯５、第１の情報表示伝送路Ｌ１ｂおよび患者情報表示装置７間の接続系統を「情報表示系統」という。）。

これにより、待受時におけるナースコール親機２の親機情報表示部２２には、当該ナースステーションが管理する全病室、例えば、１０１号室〜１０４号室内の患者名がベッドのレイアウトどおりに表示され、また、各廊下灯５の廊下灯情報表示部５２には、例えば、１０１号室が接続されている廊下灯５（以下「第１の廊下灯５」という。）には、当該１０１号室内の患者名がベッドのレイアウトどおりに表示される。

ここで、病室、例えば１０１号室内のあるナースコール子機６（以下「第１のナースコール子機６」という。）を使用する患者、例えば、山田太郎（以下「第１の患者」という。）がナースステーション内の看護師を呼出すために第１のナースコール子機６に係る通常呼出ボタン６１ａを操作すると、呼出信号が第１の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ１ａを介して１０１号室に対応する第１の廊下灯５へ伝送される。そして、この呼出信号が第１の廊下灯５で検出されると、第１の廊下灯５に係る呼出表示灯５１（以下「第１の呼出表示灯５１」という。）が点灯・点滅するとともに、第１の廊下灯５から第１のナースコール子機６の子機番号および病室番号を含有する呼出信号（以下「第１の呼出信号」という。）が出力され、この第１の呼出信号が第２の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ２ａ、呼出・通話制御部３１および第３の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ３ａを介してナースコール親機２に伝送される（以下、ナースコール子機６、第１の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ１ａ、第１の廊下灯５、第２の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ２ａ、呼出・通話制御部３１、第３の呼出・通話伝送路Ｌ３ａおよびナースコール親機２間の接続系統を「呼出・通話系統」という。）。

そして、第１の呼出信号がナースコール親機２で検出されると、親機情報表示部２２の画面上に予め点灯表示されている全病室の患者名のうち、第１の患者名を含む１０１号室内の患者名がベッドのレイアウトどおりに強調して表示されるとともに、親機スピーカ（不図示）から呼出音が放音される。これにより、ナースステーション内の看護師に対して呼出報知が行なわれる。また、これとともに、情報表示系統からの信号により、第１の廊下灯５に係る廊下灯情報表示部５２（以下「第１の廊下灯情報表示部５２」という。）のバックライトが駆動されるとともに、第１の廊下灯情報表示部５２の画面上に予め点灯表示されている第１の患者名である「山田太郎」が強調して表示される。これにより、１０１号室の付近を巡回する看護師（以下「第１の看護師」という。）に対して呼出表示が行なわれる。

ここで、ナースステーションにおいて、第１の患者からの呼出しを確認した看護師が通話部２１としてのハンドセットを取上げて呼出応答すると、呼出・通話系統を介してナースコール親機２の有する通話機能と第１のナースコール子機６の通話機能との間に通話路が形成される。

また、これとともに、親機カメラ２３および第１の患者に係る患者カメラ７１（以下「第１の患者カメラ７１」という。）が撮像可能な状態に制御され、第１の患者の映像が第１の患者カメラ７１で、ナースステーション内の看護師の映像が親機カメラ２３でそれぞれ撮像される。そして、第１の患者カメラ７１で撮像された第１の映像信号は情報表示系統を介して親機情報表示部２２へ伝送される。これにより、親機情報表示部２２の画面上に第１の患者の映像が第１の患者名とともに併せて表示される。また、親機カメラ２３で撮像された第２の映像信号は情報表示系統を介して第１の患者に係る患者情報表示部７２（以下「第１の患者情報表示部７２」という。）へ伝送され、第１の患者情報表示部７２の画面上に応答したナースステーション内の看護師の映像が表示される。

これにより、ナースステーション内の看護師と第１の患者は、互いに相手の様子を確認しながら、ナースコール親機２の通話部２１並びに子機スピーカ６２（以下「第１の子機スピーカ６２」という。）および子機マイク６３（以下「第１の子機マイク６３」という。）を用いて通話を行なうことができる。

ここで、ナースステーション内の看護師が呼出応答する前に、第１の廊下灯５の付近を巡回する看護師（以下「第１の看護師」という。）が第１の呼出表示灯５１が点灯・点滅しているのを確認した場合は、第１の看護師は第１の廊下灯に係る復旧ボタン５５（以下「第１の復旧ボタン５５」という。）を操作して第１の患者（山田太郎）のベッドへ迅速に駆けつけることができる。なお、第１の復旧ボタン５５を操作すると、第１の廊下灯情報表示部５２の画面が呼出状態から待受け状態に戻る。

次に、本発明におけるナースコール装置の付加機能について説明する。

第１に、廊下灯５の廊下灯情報表示部５２がタッチパネル５６により構成されている場合は、タッチパネル５６の操作によって、廊下灯情報表示部５２のバックライトが点灯される。なお、廊下灯情報表示部５２のバックライトは待受け状態では駆動されないが、呼出時以外では次の場合に駆動される。すなわち、廊下灯５に人体センサ５３が設けられている場合は、人体センサ５３が人体を感知したときにバックライトが駆動される。

第２に、廊下灯５にタイマＴＩが設けられている場合は、廊下灯情報表示部５２のバックライトが点灯するとタイマＴＩが作動し、所定時間（６０秒程度）経過すると消灯する。

第３に、廊下灯情報表示部５２には、待受け状態においては、例えば図４（ａ）に示すように、動物などのキャラクターを表示させて、看護師や医師以外には患者情報又は患者・看護情報を見せないように設定することもできる。

第４に、廊下灯５に切替ボタン５４が設けられている場合は、切替ボタン５４の操作や上記のタッチパネル５６の操作により、廊下灯情報表示部５２に患者情報又は患者・看護情報を表示させることができ、また、廊下灯５について特定の操作を行なった場合、例えば切替ボタン５４の連続押し操作や長押し操作を行なった場合に、例えば重病人の患者情報又は患者・看護情報を表示するようにして、患者のプライバシーの保護を図ることもできる。

第５に、廊下灯５に指紋識別部又は暗証番号入力部６８が設けられている場合は、予め登録された看護師や医師の指紋情報が指紋識別部６８で検出された場合、若しくは予め定められた暗証番号が暗証番号入力部６８に入力された場合は、廊下灯情報表示部５２に患者情報又は患者・看護情報を表示させることができる。

第６に、病室に設けられた天井スピーカＴＳ、天井マイクＴＭおよび天井カメラＴＣが第１の廊下灯５に接続されている場合は、廊下灯付近を巡回する看護師などが廊下灯５のモニタボタン６５を操作すると、天井スピーカＴＳおよび天井カメラＴＣが駆動する。これにより、病室内の様子がモニターされ、当該廊下灯５に係る廊下灯スピーカ５８から当該病室内の様子を聴取することができるとともに、当該廊下灯５に係る廊下灯情報表示部５２に当該病室内の映像を表示させることができる。
