However, the above-mentioned prior art has some problems. First of all, as an issue at the manufacturing stage, it is necessary to manufacture sliding doors exclusively for automatic sliding doors, so it is necessary to prepare a dedicated assortment of automatic sliding doors in order to respond to user requests. No.
Also in the construction stage, when hanging the sliding door, a special code connecting the start sensor and the control device is inserted into the sliding door,
In addition, there is a point that the work is troublesome because the connection is required. In addition, while the activation sensor installed in the sliding door moves with the opening and closing of the sliding door, the control device is fixed and does not move, so there is a danger that the dedicated cord connecting both will break. There is also. In addition, regarding the detection of the human body, with the conventional activation sensor, the sliding door is activated immediately after the detection of the human body by the sensor, so depending on the layout of the house or the arrangement of the sliding door, a passing person etc. is detected and the sliding door is opened and closed unnecessarily. The point was the challenge.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an automatic sliding door using an automatic sliding door device which is an example of an embodiment of the present invention. A mover 5 made of a permanent magnet is fixed to an upper end of the sliding door 2, and a stator 6 made of an armature coil is fixed inside the upper frame 7 so as to face the mover 5. The stator 6 is connected via a lead wire to a motor control unit 8 also housed in the upper frame 7. The motor control unit 8 is provided with a remote control signal receiving unit 9. When a remote control signal 20 is received from the operation remote control 10, the remote control signal receiving unit 9 outputs a door opening signal to the motor control unit 8. A remote controller signal receiving section 9a is provided on the opposite side of the motor control section 8 with the sliding door 2 interposed therebetween, and the sliding door 2 can be opened and closed using the operation remote controller 10 from the opposite side.
Upon receiving the door opening signal, the motor control unit 8 controls the excitation of the armature coil, and utilizes the attraction and repulsive force generated between the stator 6 and the movable element 5 by the armature coil between the stator 6 and the permanent magnet. Open and close. In this embodiment, the linear motor system using the stator 6 and the movable member 5 is employed as the driving system as described above, but another driving system may be employed. In this embodiment, the remote control system is of the infrared type, but may be of the radio wave type. However, in the case of the radio wave type, it is not necessary to provide the child remote control signal receiving section 9a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the remote control 11 with a built-in distance measuring sensor is used after the distance measuring sensor 14 of the human body detecting section 12 detects a detected object within a specified inspection distance, that is, within a distance measuring sensor detection area 14a. The remote control signal transmission unit 13 provided in the driver 16 transmits the remote control signal 20 only when the predetermined standby time has elapsed and the detection is continuing. Further, the remote control 11 with a built-in distance measuring sensor is provided with a remote control signal 20 at a constant remote control transmission period as long as the detected object is detected in the distance measuring sensor detection area 14a.
Is repeated, the malfunction of the sliding door 2 is prevented even in the event of remote control reception loss. Since the above-mentioned inspection distance can be set freely, it is possible to prevent the remote control signal 20 from being transmitted when detecting a pet, an infant on all fours, or the like. The standby time is set by the variable resistor 15 for setting the remote control transmission weight provided in the control circuit 16.

FIG. 3 shows the timing of transmitting the remote control signal 20 more specifically. Distance sensor 1
4 outputs a distance measurement sensor signal by detecting the object to be detected, and transmits the remote control signal 20 by the output.
The remote control signal 20 is not transmitted until the waiting time A of 5 seconds elapses. If the distance measurement sensor signal is continuously output during the standby time A, the remote control signal 20 is transmitted at the end of the standby time A, and the output of the distance measurement sensor signal is output before the standby time A elapses. If it has been completed, the remote control signal 20 is not transmitted. This prevents a malfunction such as opening of the sliding door 2 due to detection of a pedestrian or the like. In addition, in order to prevent the sliding door 2 from malfunctioning due to lack of remote control reception, the above-mentioned transmission is performed twice at a time.

In order to further prevent the sliding door 2 from malfunctioning, the remote control signal 20 is repeatedly transmitted at a remote control transmission cycle B of 0.5 seconds while the distance measurement sensor signal is continuously output. However, regarding the transmission of the remote control signal 20 for the second and subsequent times, even after the transmission of the previous remote control signal 20 has been completed, the transmission of the remote control signal 20 is stopped.
If the distance sensor signal is output continuously for two seconds or more, the remote controller signal 20 is transmitted even if the distance sensor signal has not been output when the remote controller transmission cycle B has elapsed. Conversely, if the output of the distance measurement sensor signal is stopped 0.2 seconds before the end of transmission of the previous remote control signal 20, the remote control signal 20 is not transmitted.

The following effects can be obtained by the automatic sliding door device of the present invention. First, in the manufacturing stage, the automatic sliding door device of the present invention can be made by simply adding a remote controller with a built-in distance measuring sensor to the automatic sliding door device using the operation remote controller already provided, so that sliding doors of various designs can be used. It is not necessary to manufacture the sensor from a user, and it is possible to easily cope with a plan change such as addition of a sensor function by a user. Also, since the door opening signal by the human body detection is transmitted wirelessly, it is not necessary to provide a special code which has been required in the past, so that the construction work can be simplified. In addition, there is no fear that the dedicated cord is broken by opening and closing the sliding door. For human body detection, use of a distance measurement sensor prevents unnecessary opening and closing of the sliding door due to detection of pets and infants, and by appropriately adjusting the time from detection to motor activation, detection of pedestrians etc. Unnecessary opening and closing of the sliding door can also be prevented. Furthermore, the remote control signal receiving section receives both the remote control signal from the remote control with a built-in distance measuring sensor and the remote control signal from the operation remote control, and may approach and detect itself to open and close the sliding door, The sliding door may be opened and closed using the remote control from a distance. Therefore, the method of opening and closing the sliding door according to circumstances can be selected.
