Description
The invention relates to a suction device for cleaning purposes with a suction inlet Dirt collection, the over a suction channel with a suction unit, is in flow connection, and with a filter between the dirt container and the suction unit is arranged, the filter having a frame, on the one flat configured filter element is held.
Such suction devices are in a variety of forms known. With their help, for example, a floor surface can be suctioned off be, the suction unit provides a suction flow, so that dirt over the Suction inlet in the dirt collection container are transferred can. In the direction of flow is behind the dirt collector the filter on which the dirt separates, while the air sucked in by the suction unit can pass through.
This happens with such filters Problem on them over time due to dirt particles that get caught on the filter element, clog. This is reflected in an increasing decrease in suction power and thus the cleanability of the suction device. The filter must therefore at certain intervals getting cleaned.

Object of the present invention is a suction device of the type mentioned at the outset, which is constructive allows filter cleaning in a simple manner.
This task is in a suction device of the generic type according to the invention solved, that this Filter element in the unloaded state forms a curvature relative to the frame, being the direction of the bulge reversible by reversing the air flow passing through the filter is.
According to the invention, the filter element forms itself in the unloaded state, i.e. in a state in which the filter no air flow is exposed to a bulge relative to the frame. The filter element is designed such that the bulge according to the direction of air flow to which the filter is exposed is aligned. In normal operation of the suction device, the air flow runs from the suction inlet over the dirt collection to the suction unit, so that Filter element is curved in the direction of the suction unit. If the airflow is reversed, so the filter element is turned inside out, d. H. the direction of the bulge is rotated by 180 °, and this means that on Dirt particles adhering to the filter element come off the surface of the Loosen the filter element. Reversing the air flow, to which the filter is exposed can take place, for example, that the Filter removed and swung back and forth by hand.
Cheap it is when the frame surrounds the filter element in the circumferential direction. This increases the mechanical stability of the filter element, so that at frequently Reversal of the direction of curvature no mechanical damage of the filter element occurs.
The filter element can, for example designed in the form of a mesh or mesh-like textile material his.
Cheap it is when the filter element made of a plastic material, preferably made of a thermoplastic, in particular a polyamide is. It has been shown that a such a design of the filter element is inexpensive to manufacture allowed, the filter element having a high mechanical stability.
It is an advantage if the frame made of a plastic material, preferably a thermoplastic Elastomer is made.
With a particularly simple design of the suction device according to the invention provided that on Frame at least one circumferential sealing lip is arranged. The Sealing lip enables a flow tight Installation of the frame on a wall section of the suction channel.
It is advantageous if both on the front facing the dirt collecting container and a sealing lip is arranged on the back of the frame facing the suction unit. As a result, the frame can be inserted in a flow-tight manner in a receptacle, for example an annular groove formed in the suction channel.
Cheap it is when at least one sealing lip is connected to the frame in one piece is.
In a preferred embodiment the filter is detachable in the suction channel held connectable. It is particularly advantageous if the filter obliquely aligned with the direction of the suction flow prevailing in the suction channel is. It has been shown that when the air flow is reversed particularly effective filter cleaning within the suction channel is achievable.
For example, it can be provided be that the Filters between a ceiling wall and a bottom plate of the suction duct can be clamped. this makes possible a particularly simple assembly of the filter.
Cheap it is here if the base plate is releasably connectable to a base wall of the suction channel is held. The base plate can for example be held pivotably on the bottom wall so that it is used for Removing the filter is only necessary the bottom plate outward swivel to get unhindered access to the filter. Alternatively or in addition can be provided that the Base plate completely can be removed from the bottom wall, so that then through an opening in the bottom wall there is unimpeded access to the filter.
The base plate is preferably via a snap-in connection held on the bottom wall of the suction duct.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the suction device according to the invention is the dirt collection can be sucked off via the suction inlet by means of an external suction unit, wherein the filter element in the suction of the dirt collector in the opposite of the suction direction during normal operation of the suction device Suction direction arched is. In such an embodiment it is envisaged that Suction device one External suction unit is assigned, with the help of which the dirt collection container is located over the Suction inlet suctioned off can be. In normal operation, the suction device is operated by its suction unit a suction flow evoked so that the filter element of the suction flow bulges accordingly in the direction of the suction unit. If the dirt container is removed using suctioned off the suction unit, the one that passes through the filter is reversed airflow and thus also the direction of the curvature of the filter element, because a suction flow is now caused by the suction unit, which let directed to suction and thus counteracts the suction flow prevailing during normal operation of the suction device is. The filter element experiences thus one for each suction process of the dirt collecting container Reversal of the curvature direction, so that at filter cleaning is carried out with every extraction process, without this additional measures are to be seized. On the one hand, this has the advantage that filter cleaning frequently carried out will, so only relatively small amounts of dust adhere to the filter element and this by reversing the curvature can be easily separated from the filter element. To the others, the filter is cleaned without the use of additional ones Valve openings, and it is also not necessary that the filter element in the Filter cleaning strikes against a stop surface, which the during normal operation of the suction device flow resistance of the filter increased.
The combination of the suction device with an assigned suction unit is particularly advantageous if the suction device is self-propelled and self-steering and a chassis comprises and a drive unit with drive wheels mounted on the chassis and with a control unit that recognizes a level sensor of the filled state the dirt collector assigned. Such a configuration of the suction device enables one Cleaning a floor surface without that this an additional Operator is required. Using a suitable, known control program can the suction device along the surface to be cleaned be moved, the entire floor area being suctioned off over time and dirt particles are transferred to the collection container. Adjacent to the suction inlet is a level sensor arranged, for example in the form of a light barrier, preferably an infrared light barrier. If the dirt container is full, so this is from the level sensor recognized, the control unit then a corresponding control signal provides, due to which the suction device automatically the assigned external Control of suction unit. The control unit is preferably such designed that the Suction device for Vacuuming the dirt collection container docks onto the suction unit, the suction inlet of the suction device being aligned to a suction opening the suction unit is aligned. The suction unit includes one Suction turbine and a dirt container, being from the suction turbine generates a suction flow with the help of dirt from the dirt collector of the Suction device via the suction inlet and the suction in the dirt container be transferred to the suction unit can. Here, the suction turbine inside the suction unit of the suction channel of the suction device an air flow generated that counteracts the prevailing suction flow during normal operation of the suction device is so that Filter element is turned inside out and consequently also with the suction of the dirt collecting container filter cleaning takes place.
