Abstract
Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zum reproduzierbaren Positionieren eines Objektes relativ zu einem intrakorporalen Körperbereich mit DOLLAR A - einem Mittel zur Aufnahme intrakorporaler Schnittbilder, DOLLAR A - einem Positionserfassungssystem, das zumindest die räumliche Lage des Mittels zur Aufnahme intrakorporaler Schnittbilder erfasst, DOLLAR A - einem Auswertesystem, das wenigstens einen Teil der erfassten räumlichen Lageinformationen über das Mittel zur Aufnahme intrakorporaler Schnittbilder sowie der aufgenommenen intrakorporalen Schnittbilder abspeichert und auswertet, sowie DOLLAR A - einer Navigationseinheit, die unter Zugrundelegung von Lage und Position des Mittels zur Aufnahme intrakorporaler Schnittbilder sowie wenigstens einer abgespeicherten Zielposition Navigationshilfen zum Positionieren des Objektes relativ zum Körper aufweist.A device and a method for the reproducible positioning of an object relative to an intracorporeal body region with DOLLAR A - a means for recording intracorporeal slice images, DOLLAR A - a position detection system which detects at least the spatial position of the means for recording intracorporeal slice images, DOLLAR A - an evaluation system which stores and evaluates at least a portion of the acquired spatial position information on the means for recording intracorporeal slice images and the recorded intracorporeal slice images, and DOLLAR A - a navigation unit, based on position and position of the means for receiving intracorporeal slice images and at least one stored target position navigation aids for positioning the object relative to the body.
