The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 2 may be an application page of the document application in the terminal device 1, and an avatar of a user to whom a user account registered in the document application of the terminal device 1 belongs is displayed at an upper right corner position 102a of the editing interface, and the user may be a small music.
The document entitled "what you want to" in the editing interface of the document shown in fig. 2 may be created by a small music, and the area 101a of the editing interface also displays the head portraits of a plurality of users who can cooperatively edit the document together, including the head portraits of a small music, the head portraits containing the word "head portraits 1", the head portraits containing the word "head portraits 2", and the head portraits containing the word "head portraits 3", and all the users other than the small music among the plurality of users who can cooperatively edit the document together may be the users who can cooperatively edit the document created by themselves, selected by the small music in the document application.
The user to whom the head portrait containing the word "head portrait 1" belongs may be a small, the user to which the head portrait containing the word "head portrait 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to which the head portrait containing the word "head portrait 3" belongs may be a small day.
The document created by the editing interface and titled "what you want today" can be a document with anti-pruning editing set by the small music, and editors (such as Xiaoming, xiaozao and Sunday) in the document with the anti-pruning editing set can only edit self-created paragraphs and cannot delete or change the content of other people.
For example, the terminal device 2 may be held by a Ming, the terminal device 3 may be held by a Ming, and the terminal device 4 may be held by a Sunday, so that the Ming, the Sunday and the Sunday may each perform collaborative editing on a document created by a Lee through a document application in the terminal device held by the terminal device itself, wherein a user account in the document application of the terminal device 2 may be registered, a user account in the document application of the Sunday may be registered, a user account in the document application of the terminal device 3 may be registered, and a user account in the document application of the terminal device 4 may be registered.
In the document set with anti-hacking editing, the Xiaoming, xiaozao and Xiaoshan can only edit the paragraph created (i.e. added) in the document by themselves, but cannot change the content edited in the paragraph created in the document by others, while the user (i.e. Xiaozhi) creating the document can have the authority to edit the whole document, i.e. the Xiaozhi can freely edit the whole document.
Alternatively, the head portraits of the users who create the paragraphs may be displayed before the paragraphs of the document, respectively, e.g., the head portraits may be displayed before the paragraphs created by the mins, and the head portraits of the mins may be displayed before the paragraphs created by the mins.
In addition, the content of the doctrine, the doctrine and the doctrine for editing the document at the respective terminal equipment can be given to the server 200, the server 200 can be a background server of the document application, the server 200 can record the obtained content of the doctrine for editing the document, and the content of the doctrine for editing the document can be resynchronized to the doctrine, the doctrine and the doctrine; similarly, the server 200 may record the obtained content of the document which may be edited, and resynchronize the content of the document which may be edited to the Ming, the Sunday and the Xiao le; similarly, the server 200 may record the obtained content of editing the document on the day, and resynchronize the content of editing the document on the day to the Ming, xiaokao and Xiaokao; similarly, the server 200 may record the obtained content of the document edited by the Xiaoque, and resynchronize the content of the document edited by the Xiaoque to the XiaoMing, the XiaoTian and the XiaoKe, through the above process, the content of the document in the editing interface in the terminal device of the XiaoMing, the XiaoTian, the XiaoKe and the XiaoKe is consistent and synchronous, and the process of collaborative editing of the same document by the same document synchronization of the XiaoMing, the XiaoTian, the XiaoKe and the XiaoKe is realized.
It will be appreciated that a picture in a document may also be self-contained as a paragraph. As shown in FIG. 2, paragraph 103a in the document is created by a minde that can edit paragraph 103a, while a minde and a minde cannot edit and alter paragraph 103a, including deleting paragraph 103a, modifying content in paragraph 103a (e.g., deleting or adding content in paragraph 103 a), and the like.
Similarly, paragraph 104a in the document is created from a small, which can edit paragraph 104a, but small, bright and small days cannot edit and alter paragraph 104 a; similarly, a paragraph 105a in a document is created by a small day, which can edit the paragraph 105a, while a small and a small can not edit and alter the paragraph 105 a.
Optionally, the self-created paragraphs may be transferred to each other between the hours, the cocoa and the days, after the transfer, the transferee can not edit the transferred paragraphs, and the transferee can edit the transferred paragraphs of the transferee, which means that the transferee transfers the editing authority of the self-created paragraphs to the transferee, so that the transferee has the editing authority of the created paragraphs of the transferee. Alternatively, after transfer, both the transferor and the transferee may have editing rights to the transferred paragraph, which may be specifically determined according to the actual application scenario.
For example, a minde may transfer a self-created paragraph 103a to a minde, after which the minde may no longer edit paragraph 103a, and the minde may edit paragraph 103 a.
Referring to fig. 3 again, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram of authority setting according to the present application. The interface shown in fig. 3 may be an interface for performing rights editing (i.e., an interface for advanced rights setting) on a created document, where the rights editing interface may set the document to a "free edit" mode or a "anti-hacking edit" mode described above.
Wherein, the mode of "free editing" indicates that the editor can freely edit all contents in the document, and the mode of "anti-censor editing" indicates that the editor can only edit the paragraph created by himself, but can not delete or change the contents of others, such as the document which is cooperatively edited by the above-mentioned minds, days and happiness and is set with the "anti-censor editing" mode.
As shown in fig. 3, the mode of "anti-pruned editing" is increased in the setting function in the area 106a as compared with the mode of "free editing", and a document set with the mode of "anti-pruned editing" may also be set with a content addition order for defining the position of a newly added paragraph in the document.
If a new paragraph is added in the document, the new paragraph can be added freely and can be inserted between other paragraphs, and then the new paragraph can be added between two adjacent paragraphs in the document; if a new paragraph is added in the document, the new paragraph can only be added to the end position of all paragraphs in the document if the new paragraph is set in the document and can only be added at the last time of the document.
In addition, the document set with the anti-pruning editing mode can be set to show whether the head portraits of the paragraph editors are to be displayed, and if the document is set to show, the head portraits (short head portraits) of the users who create the paragraphs in the document application can be respectively displayed near the paragraphs in the document; if set to not show, the user's head in the document application creating each paragraph may not be displayed in the vicinity of each paragraph in the document.
Referring to fig. 4 a-4 c, fig. 4 a-4 c are schematic views of an interface of a document application provided by the present application. Fig. 4 a-4 c show different portals, respectively, for an interface showing (i.e. exhaling) the rights settings in fig. 3 described above.
As shown in fig. 4a, the editing interface of the document may include a "share" button 101b, and clicking on the "share" button 101b may display a shared interface, where the shared interface may include a control 102b, and the control 102b further includes the word "high-level authority: paragraph editing rights, watermarks, copy inhibition, etc.), which are used to prompt the action of the control 102b, clicking on the control 102b can display the interface for rights settings in fig. 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 4b, the editing interface of the document may further include a "menu" button 103b, clicking on the "menu" button 103b may display a function bar 104b, the function bar 104b may include a "rights setting" control, clicking on the "rights setting" control may display a function bar 105b, and the function bar 105b may include a "content operation rights" control, clicking on the "content operation rights" control may display the rights setting interface in fig. 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 4b, the editing interface of the document may further include a button 106b for inviting friends, clicking on the button 106b may display a window 107b for setting document rights, and in the window 107b, a user having viewing rights and editing rights for the document may be managed, and further, more friends may be invited to cooperatively edit the document.
The window 107b also includes a control 108b, and the control 108b also includes the word "advanced authority: paragraph editing rights, watermarking, copy inhibition, etc. "the text is used to prompt the action of the control 108b, and clicking on the control 108b reveals the interface for rights settings in fig. 3 above.
Referring to fig. 5 again, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an interface of a document application provided in the present application. The document interface shown in fig. 5 may be an interface style of a document applied to a handheld device (such as a mobile phone), and the document may be set in the handheld device, including setting of an editing mode, in a corresponding manner as described above.
As shown in fig. 5, the interface 1 may be an interface for sharing a document, the interface 1 may include a mode and an object for sharing the document, the interface 1 further includes a control 101c for setting rights, and the control 101c further includes description information "advanced rights: paragraph editing rights, watermarks, etc.). Clicking on the control 101c may display the interface 2.
The editing mode of the document can be set in the interface 2, for example, the document can be set to be in a free editing mode or an anti-deletion editing mode, and the document can be set to be in a free editing mode by default. If the mode of anti-censoring editing is selected in the interface 2, the mode can be displayed in the interface 3, and some settings related to the mode of anti-censoring editing are contained in the interface 3, including the setting of the sequence of adding contents and the setting of whether the head portrait of the paragraph editor is displayed or not.
More, clicking the "know more" button 102c in the interface 3 may also display the interface 4, where the interface 4 includes a popup window 103c for explaining the mode of anti-deletion editing, where the popup window 103c illustrates anti-deletion editing as "the collaborator having editing authority can only edit the paragraph created by himself, and cannot change or delete the paragraph content of other people. Only the document creator is free to edit the entire document. After opening, the head portrait and nickname of the editor are shown by default above the paragraph, and the editor can click on the head portrait to set it hidden. Suitable scenes for the anti-pruning editing mode are also illustrated in the popup window 103c, including a subject communication class scene and an opinion collection class scene.
By adopting the method provided by the application, the editing authority of the paragraphs created by each user can be automatically given to each user respectively by preemptively creating the paragraphs in the document according to each user for cooperatively editing the document, so that each user can only edit the paragraphs created by himself and cannot change and edit the paragraphs created by other users, and the editing accuracy of the document can be ensured when a plurality of people cooperatively edit the document.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a document processing method provided by the application. The execution subject in the embodiment of the application can be a computer device, and the computer device can be a terminal device or other devices capable of editing a document, and the execution subject is specifically determined according to an actual application scene, so that the execution subject is not limited. In the following, a terminal device will be described collectively as an example of an execution body in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
Step S101, displaying an editing interface of a document; documents support collaborative editing by multiple objects.
The document may be any document created by a document application (may be software, may also be an applet, etc.) and may be edited cooperatively by a plurality of objects, where the plurality of objects may refer to a plurality of users in the document application, or a plurality of users in a social application, or a plurality of users in other platforms and address books. The specific number of the plurality of objects may be determined according to the actual application scenario, and is not limited thereto.
The document application is any application capable of editing a document, the document application can be arranged in the terminal equipment, and the document application of the terminal equipment serving as an execution subject can be logged in with a user account of a target object in the document application, namely the terminal equipment can be held by the target object. The document application in the embodiment of the application can also be a browser corresponding to the document or a document applet.
In the present application, the operation related to the document performed by the terminal device may be performed by the terminal device through the document application provided therein, and it is also understood that the operation related to the document performed by the terminal device is performed by the document application.
The plurality of objects may further include an object (i.e., a document creator) that creates the document, and the document creator may select a plurality of objects that perform collaborative editing on a document created by itself when creating the document in the document application, that is, the plurality of objects may be objects selected by the creator and may perform collaborative editing on the document of the creator together.
Optionally, after creating a document and selecting an object (hereinafter collectively referred to as a "collaboration object" for convenience of description) that can perform collaborative editing on the created document, the document creator may share the created document with the selected collaboration object, e.g., by way of a link, through which the object that receives the link may open the document and display it on the editing interface of the document. Or the sharing of the document can be performed in a two-dimensional code mode and the like, and the method is not limited. The above-described plurality of objects for collaborative editing of a document may be referred to as a plurality of collaborative objects of the document.
Thus, the terminal device may display the document content into the editing interface by clicking on the document shared by the document creator (e.g., by clicking on a link to the document shared by the document creator).
Since the document may be an online document, and the plurality of collaboration objects perform collaborative editing together, the content edited in the document by each of the plurality of collaboration objects may be displayed in real time and synchronously in the editing interface of the document.
Alternatively, the document creator may have the right to make any edits to the entire document.
The collaboration object may display an editing interface of the document in its own terminal device, and edit the document, where the editing interface may be an online document interface belonging to a document application.
Step S102, obtaining paragraph authority settings of target objects in the plurality of objects in the document, so that the target objects have editing authorities of target paragraphs. The target object may be one of the plurality of collaboration objects described above.
Wherein the target paragraph is a paragraph within the document, the target paragraph only allows editing of the collaborative object (which may include the target object and the document creator) having the editing authority (i.e., the editing authority of the target paragraph), and the content within the target paragraph is not allowed to be modified by the collaborative object having no editing authority, the modification may include substantial modification of the content within the target paragraph, such as deleting the target paragraph, adding or deleting the content in the target paragraph, changing the format (e.g., font format, etc.) of the content in the target paragraph, or making changes such as segmenting the content within the target paragraph.
The target paragraph may be any paragraph in the document, and a paragraph in the document may be defined by two line-wrapping characters before and after the paragraph, that is, there may be a paragraph between two adjacent line-wrapping characters.
Optionally, the setting of paragraph authority of the target object in the document may include: adding a paragraph in the document (i.e., creating a new paragraph) and adding that paragraph in the document by the target object can be referred to as the target paragraph. The process may include: the terminal device can respond to the operation of newly adding a paragraph in the document by the target object, the added target paragraph can be displayed in the document in the editing interface, and then the terminal device can give the editing authority of the added target paragraph to the target object, for example, the document application in the terminal device can request the background device to which the terminal device belongs to give the editing authority of the target paragraph to the target object, so that the target object has the editing authority of the target paragraph created by the terminal device.
Alternatively, when a new paragraph is added to the document, the new paragraph may be added at the end of all paragraphs already in the document. Thus, the terminal device can create the target paragraph at the end position of the document in response to the operation of newly adding the target paragraph in the document.
Optionally, when the target object adds the target paragraph in the document, at least one collaboration object may be selected from other collaboration objects of the plurality of collaboration objects (i.e., collaboration objects other than the target object in the plurality of collaboration objects) to edit the target paragraph together, that is, at least one collaboration object selected by the target object from the other collaboration objects may also have editing authority for the target paragraph, that is, after the target object adds the target paragraph in the document, the editing authority of the target paragraph may belong to not only the target object but also at least one collaboration object selected by the target object from the other collaboration objects, where the number of the at least one collaboration object may be specifically determined according to an actual application scenario.
For example, after the target object adds a target paragraph in the document, a rights setting window may be popped up in the document application, in which the target object may select at least one collaboration object in the other objects to edit the target paragraph together.
It can be understood that an operation (such as an editing operation or an operation of setting authority of a paragraph in a document) performed by a certain collaboration object on the document in the present application can be understood as an operation performed by a user account of the collaboration object in a document application on the document, that is, each collaboration object can be identified by the user account of each collaboration object in the document application.
Alternatively, the document may be a blank document when it is initially created, there may be no created paragraph in the document, and setting the paragraph authority of the target object in the document may refer to creating the target paragraph (i.e., adding a paragraph) in the document. This is the case where the target object has not yet had a target paragraph in the document before triggering the paragraph permission setting described above in the document.
Alternatively, the target object may create the target paragraph at the end position of the document by clicking on the canvas blank of the document in the editing interface, where the canvas blank may be the canvas blank at the end of the existing paragraph in the document, and in this scenario, setting of the paragraph authority of the target object in the document may be initiated by clicking on the canvas blank of the document.
Or, the terminal device may determine a line and/or a paragraph to be preempted by the target object by acquiring a position (which may be referred to as a cursor position hereinafter) of a cursor controlled by the target object in the document, where the target object has editing authority for the line and/or the paragraph preempted by the target object. The terminal device may compose the target paragraph by the lines and/or paragraphs that the target object preempts in the document.
For example, after the target object performs paragraph authority setting on the line where the cursor position is located (for example, the paragraph authority setting may include that the target object performs content editing on the line where the cursor position is located, or the paragraph authority setting may include that the target object makes the line where the cursor position is located enter an editing state), the target object starts to perform document editing with the line, and when the edited content exceeds the starting line, a line (such as the next line or the next line of the starting line) after the starting line is displayed, the target paragraph may include the line where the cursor position where the document editing starts is located, and other lines where the content where the target object starts to perform the editing with the line where the cursor position is located. That is, the above-mentioned target paragraph may be formed by the line in which the cursor position is located and the other line in which the content of the target object edited with the line in which the cursor position is located starts, and the target object has editing authority for the target paragraph.
Alternatively, the setting of the paragraph authority of the target object in the document may be initiated based on the paragraph adding control, and the process may include: the document can also contain a paragraph which is created by other cooperative objects except the target object and has no editing authority of the target object, the paragraph can be displayed in an editing interface, and the editing authority corresponding to one paragraph is the editing authority of the paragraph.
Thus, when the target object performs a triggering operation on a paragraph that does not have editing rights, the terminal device may display a paragraph add control on the editing interface, the paragraph add control being used to create a new paragraph in the document. Alternatively, the paragraph add control may be a button, and the paragraph add control may be displayed adjacent (e.g., beside) a paragraph of the target object that performs the triggering operation.
Alternatively, the triggering operation performed by the target object on the paragraph without editing authority may be a click operation, a double click operation, a mouse-over operation, or other operations on the paragraph without editing authority.
Furthermore, the target object may execute the operation of the added paragraph in the document through the paragraph adding control (e.g. by clicking the paragraph adding control, etc.), and the terminal device may add a new paragraph after the paragraph triggered by the target object and not having editing authority in the document, where the added new paragraph is the target paragraph. The target paragraph may be the next paragraph to create a paragraph that is triggered by the target object that does not have editing rights.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an interface for editing a document according to the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 7 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of a small Ming, which is not the creator of the document.
Because the small opening does not have the authority to edit the small opening paragraph, when the mouse of the small opening hovers at the paragraph 103d of the small opening in the document for the 1 st time, the control 102d and the prompt message 101d can be displayed in front of the small opening displayed by the side of the small opening, the control 102d can be the newly added control of the paragraph, the small opening can click on the control 102d, one paragraph of the small opening is added at the adjacent position below the small opening 103d of the document, the prompt message 101d is used for prompting the small opening, the paragraph at the hovering position of the current mouse is the paragraph edited by the other, and the small opening does not have the authority to edit the paragraph at the hovering position of the current mouse.
Here, the section 103d of the doclet may be understood as a section having no editing authority for performing the trigger operation by the target object, and hovering the mouse over the section 103d of the doclet may be understood as performing the trigger operation on the section 103d of the doclet, so as to display the section newly added control 102d.
Alternatively, if a small mouse hovers over paragraph 103d, but this hover is not the 1 st hover of the small mouse over paragraph 103d, then the control 102d may be displayed at the editing interface without displaying prompt 101d.
Referring to fig. 8 again, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an interface for adding paragraphs according to the present application. As shown in fig. 8, similarly, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 8 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of a small Ming, which is not the creator of the document.
When the portlet clicks or double clicks on the portlet 104d and then performs an operation (such as typing) on the keyboard (which may be a virtual keyboard or a physical keyboard), the terminal device may display the prompt 105d and automatically create a new paragraph 106d for the portlet under the paragraph 104d because the portlet does not have the right to edit the paragraph 104d, so that the portlet can edit the content in the new paragraph 106 d. The prompt 105d may be used to prompt that the paragraph 104d cannot be modified by the minds and that a new paragraph needs to be created.
Here, the paragraph 104d may be understood as a paragraph that is triggered by the above target object and has no editing authority, and the operation of clicking or double clicking the paragraph 104d with a keypad to input content may also be understood as performing a triggering operation on the paragraph that has no editing authority, where, however, a new paragraph may be automatically created for the new paragraph without creating through a new control of the paragraph.
Referring to fig. 9 again, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an interface for paragraph creation according to the present application. As shown in fig. 9, similarly, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 9 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of a small Ming, which is not the creator of the document.
Optionally, when the mins click on the small-cocoa paragraph 107d at the editing interface 1, since the mins do not have the authority to edit the paragraph 107d, the terminal device may display the small-book to the editing interface 2, and the control 111d is displayed in the editing interface 2, and the control 111d further includes a prompt "add my paragraph below", and the control 111d is used to add a new paragraph below the paragraph 107 d. The editing interface also includes prompt 110d, where prompt 110d is used to prompt that the Ming does not have editing rights to the currently clicked paragraph 107 d.
The section 107d of the doclet may be understood as a section triggered by the target object and having no editing authority, and clicking the section 107d of the doclet may be understood as performing a triggering operation on the section 107d, and the control 111d may be the new control of the section.
Thus, the xiaoming can click on the control 111d, the terminal device can display the control on the editing interface 112d, the editing interface 112d can include a new blank paragraph 114d created below the paragraph 113d for the xiaoming, the blank paragraph 114d can also include prompt information "successfully preempted paragraph," please edit.
In addition, the editing interface 3 may further include a prompt 112d, where the prompt 112d is used to prompt that a new paragraph has been successfully created. The editing interface 3 further includes a control in a region 113d, and the control in the region 113d is used to make a mind perform a previous operation and a next operation on a document.
Further, a control 108d and a control 109d may be included in the editing interface, where the control 108d is used to create a new paragraph in the document, and if the control 108d is clicked on by the plain, the terminal device may create a new paragraph for the plain at the end position of the document. The control 109d is used to display a list of titles in the document, and if the content of a certain segment in the document is set to the title format, the content (i.e., title) in the paragraph set to the title format can be displayed by clicking the control 109 d.
Optionally, a paragraph newly-added control (such as the control 108 d) may be continuously displayed in the editing interface, and the target object may also add its own paragraph to the document by triggering (e.g. clicking) the paragraph newly-added control, for example, may add its own paragraph at the end of the document.
Optionally, the setting of the paragraph authority of the target object in the document may further include a first editing operation performed on the target paragraph in the document, where the first editing operation may refer to a 1 st editing operation performed on the target paragraph by the target object in the plurality of objects, that is, before the first editing operation is performed on the target paragraph by the target object, the plurality of collaboration objects do not perform the editing operation on the target paragraph.
Optionally, the first editing operation on the target paragraph may include any of the following: an operation of editing the content in the target paragraph for the first time (i.e., an operation of inputting the content (such as any character, picture, link, plug-in, etc.) in the target paragraph for the first time); or, the operation of first entering the target paragraph into the editing mode, i.e. the operation of first entering the target paragraph into the editing mode.
If the target object has a target paragraph that has not yet been edited before the setting of the paragraph authority is triggered in the document, the setting of the paragraph authority of the target object in the document may refer to the first editing operation on the target paragraph.
Further, the terminal device may further display an operation field in response to a selection operation of the target object for the content in the target paragraph (the content may be edited by the target object in the target paragraph), and since the target object has editing authority for the target paragraph, the operation field may be used for modifying the content selected in the target paragraph, for example, the operation field may include a control for modifying the content selected in the target paragraph, through which the content selected in the target paragraph is modified, for example, the control may include a control for changing a format of the content selected in the target paragraph (such as changing a font format), a cut control, a paste control, a control for inserting a link, a control for inserting a picture, and so on. Optionally, the operation bar may also include controls for performing other operations (e.g., copying, annotating, and multi-selecting, etc.) on the content selected in the target paragraph.
Further, the terminal device may further display an operation field for displaying, in response to a selection operation of the target object for the content in the paragraph without editing rights, where the content may be that the collaborative object to which the editing rights of the paragraph without editing rights belong is edited in the paragraph without editing rights, an operation field that cannot be used for modifying the content selected by the target object in the paragraph without editing rights, e.g., the operation field does not include a control for modifying the content selected by the paragraph without editing rights, and the operation field may include other controls other than the control for modifying the content selected by the paragraph without editing rights, e.g., the other controls may include a control for copying, annotating, and selecting (i.e., selecting) the content selected by the paragraph without editing rights, etc.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an interface for content selection according to the present application. The user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface shown in fig. 10 may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 10 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of a small Ming, which is not the creator of the document.
When the mins perform a selection operation (e.g., long press selection) on the content in the small paragraph and select the content "carry forward scientific spirit activity" in the small paragraph, an operation field 101e may be displayed next to the selected content "carry forward scientific spirit activity", where the operation field 101e may include controls for selecting the selected content entirely (e.g., selecting the entire content in the paragraph in which the selected content is located), copying, annotating (i.e., adding an annotation to the selected content in the document), and selecting multiple (i.e., selecting multiple together other content in the document in addition to the currently selected content), but since the mins do not have editing rights for the small paragraph, the controls in the operation field 101e do not include controls for modifying the content selected in the small paragraph.
Referring to fig. 11 again, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an interface for selecting another content according to the present application. The user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface shown in fig. 11 may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 11 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of the day of the year.
When a selection operation is performed on the content in the paragraph of the user in a browsing state (i.e. a state of referring to the document) on a small day, and the content is selected to be "resold after processing", an operation field 102e can be displayed beside the selected content "resold after processing", and the operation field 102e can include controls for performing full selection, copying, format adjustment (such as a "format" control), annotation and multiple selection on the selected content, where the control for performing format adjustment (such as adjusting font color, thickness, font type, underline and the like) is a control for modifying the selected content.
Referring to fig. 12 again, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an interface for selecting another content according to the present application. The user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface shown in fig. 12 may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The editing interface of the document shown in fig. 12 may be an editing interface in a terminal device of the day of the year.
When a selection operation is performed on the content in the paragraph of the user in the editing state (i.e. the state of editing the document) on the small day, and the content is selected to be "resold after processing", an operation field 103e can be displayed beside the selected content "resold after processing", and the operation field 103e can include controls for performing full selection, cutting, copying, pasting, inserting links, annotating, clearing formats and multiple selections on the selected content, wherein the controls for cutting, pasting, inserting links and clearing formats are controls for modifying the selected content.
Optionally, after the editing authority of the target paragraph is given to the target object (i.e., after the target object acquires the editing authority of the target paragraph), the terminal device may display, around the target paragraph (e.g., a neighboring position to the left of the target paragraph), association information of the collaborative object having the editing authority of the target paragraph, such as association information of the target object.
Alternatively, since the document creator has editing rights for the entire document, if the target object is not the document creator, the association information of the document creator may not be displayed around the target paragraph. And the associated information of the document creator may be displayed around the paragraph created by the document creator in the document.
Optionally, the association information of the collaboration object may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: head portrait information (such as a picture or a moving picture of a head portrait) of the collaboration object in the document application, nickname information of the collaboration object in the document application (namely the name of the object in the document application), relevant account information of the collaboration object in the document application, and the like. It may be appreciated that the association information of the collaboration object may include any information for identifying the collaboration object, and may be specifically determined according to an actual application scenario.
More, the terminal device may further conceal association information of the collaboration object displayed around the target paragraph in response to a concealing operation of the target object on association information of the collaboration object displayed around the target paragraph. Alternatively, the hiding may refer to that the associated information of the collaborative object is collected through a hiding control, and the hiding operation may refer to a clicking operation on the hiding control. After the associated information of the collaboration objects displayed around the target paragraph is hidden, clicking the hiding control again can display the associated information of the collaboration objects (such as the target objects) with the editing authority of the target paragraph again around the target paragraph.
Optionally, the document may include N paragraphs, where N is a positive integer, and the specific value of N may be determined according to an actual application scenario. Thus, for each paragraph in the document, the associated information of the collaboration object having editing authority of the paragraph can be displayed around the paragraph, and the associated information of the collaboration object displayed around the respective paragraph is supported to be displayed entirely, partially hidden, partially displayed, or entirely hidden.
For example, a hidden control may be displayed around each paragraph in an associated manner, and associated information of the collaboration object displayed around each paragraph may be displayed or hidden by selection of the hidden control displayed in an associated manner. For another example, a control may be provided to hide the associated information of all the collaboration objects by one key, and the associated information of the collaboration objects displayed around each paragraph may be completely hidden by the control. Alternatively, the terminal device may display the associated information of the target object only around the paragraph with the editing authority of the target object in the document, so that the target object can quickly locate the paragraph with the editing authority.
The document can also contain paragraphs added by other collaboration objects, and the target object does not have editing rights. Optionally, the terminal device may further respond to a triggering operation (such as a clicking operation, a long pressing operation, or other operations on the related information) of the target object on the related information displayed around the paragraph without editing rights, and display a session interface (i.e. a chat interface) between the target object and a collaboration object corresponding to the paragraph without editing rights (which may not include a document creator but includes a collaboration object for creating the paragraph), where the collaboration object corresponding to the paragraph may refer to a collaboration object with editing rights of the paragraph, and then the target object may communicate with the collaboration object corresponding to the paragraph without editing rights on the session interface, for example, the target object may communicate with the collaboration object corresponding to the paragraph without editing rights (i.e. a collaboration object editing contents in the paragraph without editing rights) on line for the related problem of contents in the paragraph without editing rights.
Alternatively, the terminal device may also display a session interface between the collaboration objects corresponding to the paragraphs that do not have editing rights for the target object (may not include the document creator, but include the collaboration objects for creating the paragraphs that do not have editing rights) in response to a selection operation of the target object for the content in the paragraphs that do not have editing rights, and the virtual keyboard of the session interface may include the content selected by the target object in the paragraphs that do not have editing rights (it may be understood that the message in the session interface may refer to the content selected in the paragraphs that do not have editing rights) in which the target object may initiate a discussion for the collaboration object corresponding to the paragraph that does not have editing rights for the target object.
Optionally, each paragraph (or content within each paragraph) in the document supports being respectively subjected to a collection operation, a sharing operation (such as a forwarding operation), a praise operation, or a comment operation, in other words, each paragraph in the document supports being collected, shared, or comment, etc.
Optionally, the terminal device may further respond to an editing operation of the target object on a paragraph having no editing authority in the document, and display a prompt message that cannot be edited at the operated paragraph, so as to prompt the current operated paragraph of the target object that has no authority to edit.
Optionally, the document may include the N paragraphs, and each paragraph may be displayed differently on the editing interface (e.g. displaying in different background colors) according to a difference of a collaborative object of the editing authority (herein, the collaborative object may not include the document creator but includes a collaborative object for creating the paragraph), that is, a display manner of the paragraph of the collaborative object of the editing authority in the document may be different, and one collaborative object may correspond to one display manner. It will be appreciated that the differences in the manner of display do not involve modification of the content in the paragraphs, but merely to make it easier for each collaboration object to locate and distinguish between paragraphs edited by other collaboration objects.
For example, the plurality of collaboration objects capable of collaboratively editing the document may include a collaboration object 1, a collaboration object 2 and a collaboration object 3, where a paragraph of the document having editing rights in the collaboration object 1, a paragraph of the document having editing rights in the collaboration object 2 and a paragraph of the document having editing rights in the collaboration object 3 may be respectively displayed in different background colors, so that each collaboration object may quickly locate and distinguish a paragraph of the document having editing rights in each collaboration object.
Optionally, each collaboration object may further set a display manner of a paragraph having editing rights in an editing interface of its own terminal device. For example, the terminal device may further display the target paragraph in the editing interface according to the display mode set by the target object in response to the setting operation of the display mode of the target object on the target paragraph. The display mode may include a highlight display mode, a display mode of a specific background color, a display mode of a mask layer, and the like, and may be specifically set according to an actual application scene.
The terminal device may further perform aggregate display on all paragraphs of any one of the plurality of collaboration objects having editing rights in the document in response to a paragraph aggregation operation (e.g., by performing a related gesture on the any one collaboration object or by performing a certain aggregation control) performed by the target object on any one collaboration object, where the all paragraphs may include all paragraphs added by the any one collaboration object in the document.
It will be appreciated that as the content edited in the paragraph increases, the paragraph automatically and adaptively gets larger, whereas as the content edited in the paragraph decreases, the paragraph automatically and adaptively gets smaller.
Optionally, the manner of aggregating paragraphs showing that any of the collaboration objects has editing rights in the document may include: and aggregating and displaying paragraphs of any collaboration object with editing rights in the document in a floating layer independently displayed on the editing interface.
Alternatively, the method for aggregating paragraphs showing that any one of the collaboration objects has editing rights in the document may further include: and aggregating and displaying paragraphs of any collaborative object with editing rights in the document at a certain specific area of the editing interface.
After the segments of any one of the collaboration objects with editing rights in the document are displayed in an aggregation mode, the target object can intuitively review the content of all the segments edited in the document by the collaboration object.
More, the terminal device may also perform aggregate display on all paragraphs of the target object having editing rights in the document in response to the paragraph aggregation operation on the target object in the document (any of the above-mentioned cooperative objects refers to the target object), and the target object may perform unified review and unified editing on the paragraphs of the aggregate display that have editing rights.
Optionally, the content in the paragraph of the aggregate displayed target object with editing authority may be partially selected or fully selected, so as to support the target object to uniformly edit the partially selected or fully selected content (such as modification of the whole font, modification of the whole display format, etc.).
In other words, the target object can edit the paragraphs with editing rights after the aggregation display, and the content of the target object for editing the paragraphs with editing rights after the aggregation display can be automatically synchronized to the corresponding position in the document. For example, the paragraphs with editing rights of the target object after the aggregate display include the target paragraphs, so that the modification of the content in the target paragraphs in the aggregate display paragraphs with editing rights of the target object can be automatically synchronized into the target paragraphs in the document (so as to realize synchronization and validity of the modification).
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an interface for displaying content according to the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 1" belongs in the editing interface shown in fig. 13 may be a small, the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 2" belongs may be a small, and the user to whom the avatar containing the word "avatar 3" belongs may be a small day. The day, the cocoa, the mine and the cola can together perform collaborative editing on the document, and the editing interface in fig. 13 is an editing interface in a terminal device of the cola.
As shown in fig. 13, the document displayed in the editing interface of the document sequentially contains the edit contents "today wants to go to spring" and the edit contents "today somehow likes to" and the edit contents "today can be happy, haha ha", and the edit contents "today also plans to go to playground" and the edit contents "today can be happy. "edit content of a small music" thinks that the subsequent work is somewhat heavy.
Therefore, the terminal device may aggregate and display the paragraphs edited in the document by the small music in the floating layer 104e independently displayed on the editing interface according to the paragraph aggregation operation (such as the operation of pressing the head portrait of the small music for a long time, or other operations, specifically determined according to the practical application scene), and may display the number of paragraphs in the document of each paragraph after the content of each paragraph of the small music displayed in the floating layer 104 e.
The content displayed by aggregation of the content in the floating layer 104e is supported to be edited, and the content edited by the content in the floating layer can be automatically synchronized into the document of the editing interface. If the floating layer is displayed with the segments of the music (such as the segments of other people) without editing rights, the music can only look up the content edited by other people in the floating layer, but cannot modify the content edited by other people.
Further, referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic view of an interface of an edit mode setting according to the present application. As shown in the editing interface 101g, a plurality of editing modes in which the document can be set may be displayed on the editing interface of the document, including a basic mode (the entire document can be freely edited), a preemption mode (i.e., the above anti-pruning editing mode, an editor preempting a paragraph preferentially, an editor cannot modify another paragraph), and a lovely pet mode in the region 101 f.
The user may select the preemption mode in area 101f and display it to interface 102g, interface 102g including an associated description of the preemption mode (as in the anti-prune edit mode described above), interface 102g further including a button 103f confirming that the current document is set to the preemption mode. The user clicks the button 103f and the terminal device can display the editing interface 103g, in which interface 103f, since the document is set for the preemption mode, the head portraits of the individual paragraph creators are displayed in front of the individual paragraphs, respectively (as shown by the area 104 f). An area 105f may be included in the editing interface 103g, where the area 105f includes some other settings related to the preemption mode, such as the settings of the preemption order (i.e., the order in which the above is added) and the settings of whether the paragraph editor's avatar is presented or not.
Further, referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic view of an interface of authority setting according to the present application. The interface shown in fig. 15 is an interface for performing related authority setting on a document, and the interface may include setting of a collaborative editing mode, setting of a content adding sequence in an anti-pruning editing mode, and setting of paragraph editor identity display.
For the setting of paragraph editor identity presentation, as shown in the area 106f, it is also possible to select to present the head portrait and the nickname of the editor (e.g. the collaborative object that performs collaborative editing on the document) at the same time, and only the head portrait of the editor is presented, or only the nickname of the editor is presented, where presentation may refer to presentation around the paragraph created in the document by the editor.
Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is an interface schematic diagram of an identity display according to the present application. For the display of the identities of the paragraph editors, if the displayed identity information is different, the typesetting of each paragraph displayed in the document can also be correspondingly different, and the specific typesetting can be determined according to the actual application scene, so that the method is not limited. As shown in fig. 16, when the head portraits and nicknames of editors are presented beside the paragraphs at the same time, the paragraphs of each editor can be presented under their own head portraits and nicknames.
Further, the terminal device may further display, in response to a splitting operation of the target object on the target paragraph (which may be understood as a splitting operation on content in the target paragraph), a plurality of paragraphs after splitting the target paragraph on the editing interface, where the plurality of paragraphs after splitting the target paragraph may be referred to as a plurality of first sub-paragraphs.
If the target paragraph is a paragraph in the document, the splitting operation on the target paragraph may be an operation of segmenting the content in the target paragraph, and the segmenting of the content in the target paragraph actually also belongs to editing and modifying the content in the target paragraph.
If the content in the target paragraph is segmented once, the content in the target paragraph can be divided into two paragraphs, namely, the first sub-paragraphs can be the two paragraphs, and the split one paragraph can be the first sub-paragraph of the target paragraph.
If the content in the target paragraph is segmented twice, the content in the target paragraph can be divided into three paragraphs, that is, the first sub-paragraphs can be the three paragraphs, and the split one paragraph can be a first sub-paragraph.
Similarly, the target object may split the target paragraph several times, the specific times may be determined according to the actual application scenario, and the multiple first sub-paragraphs of the target paragraph may be obtained after splitting, and the terminal device may give the editing authority of the multiple first sub-paragraphs to the target object, that is, the target object has the editing authority of the multiple first sub-paragraphs, which may be paragraphs belonging to the document, and from the overall understanding, the multiple first sub-paragraphs are also created by the target object.
More, the above-described terminal device (i.e., the terminal device as the execution subject in the embodiment of the present application) is a terminal device of a target object, and the terminal device logs in a user account of the target object in the document application. If the target object is not the document creator, the document creator may also log in a terminal device (the terminal device may be referred to as a main terminal device in the following) of the document creator to execute splitting operation on the target paragraph, and the editing interface of the document in the main terminal device and the editing interface of the document in the terminal device of the target object may synchronously display multiple paragraphs after splitting the target paragraph, because the editing of each collaborative object on the document is synchronous with each other, and each collaborative object edits the same document. The multiple paragraphs that the document creator splits from the target paragraph may be referred to herein as multiple second sub-paragraphs. If the target paragraph is segmented, the multiple paragraphs obtained by segmentation are multiple second sub-paragraphs.
Alternatively, the editing authority of the 1 st second sub-paragraph (may be referred to as the first second sub-paragraph) of the plurality of second sub-paragraphs may be given to the target object by the main terminal device, and the editing authority of the second sub-paragraphs other than the first second sub-paragraph of the plurality of second sub-paragraphs may be given to the document creator by the main terminal device.
Since the document creator itself has editing authority for the entire document, the editing authority of the second sub-paragraphs except the first second sub-paragraph is given to the document creator here, which is understood to be that the document creator is regarded as a collaborative object for creating the second sub-paragraphs except the first second sub-paragraph, and the related information of the document creator may be displayed in the surroundings of the second sub-paragraphs except the first second sub-paragraph, without displaying the related information of the target object.
That is, it can be understood that a second sub-paragraph of the plurality of second sub-paragraphs except the first second sub-paragraph can be taken as a contribution to editing of the content of the document by the document creator. The content edited by a collaboration object in a paragraph with editing rights can be understood as the contribution of the collaboration object to editing the content of the document.
Alternatively, the main terminal device may give the editing rights of the second sub-paragraphs to the target object, or the document creator may specify the collaboration object to which the editing rights of the second sub-paragraphs belong through the main terminal device. The editing rights of the second sub-paragraphs are specifically allocated to which one or more collaboration objects can be determined according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited.
Further, the next paragraph of the target paragraph may be included in the document.
If the target object does not have the editing authority of the next paragraph of the target paragraph, and the creator of the document performs the merging operation on the next paragraph of the target paragraph and the target paragraph, the editing interface of the document in the main terminal device and the editing interface of the document in the terminal device of the target object may display the paragraphs after the merging operation on the target paragraph and the next paragraph, for example, the paragraphs after the merging operation may be one obtained by deleting a line-changing symbol between the target paragraph and the next paragraph of the target paragraph.
Alternatively, the editing authority of the paragraph after the merging operation may be given to the collaborative object (e.g., the target object, because the position of the target paragraph is earlier than the position of the next paragraph) before the merging operation by the main terminal device, or the editing authority of the paragraph after the merging operation may be given to all the collaborative objects to which the editing authority of the two paragraphs before the merging operation belongs by the main terminal device, including the target object and the collaborative object to which the editing authority of the next paragraph of the target paragraph belongs (may not include the document creator but include the collaborative object to which the next paragraph is created), that is, the editing authority of the paragraphs after the merging operation may be given to the target object and the collaborative object to which the editing authority of the next paragraph belongs together. The editing authority of the paragraphs after the merging operation is given to one or more collaboration objects, and the editing authority can be determined according to the actual application scene.
In other words, the target object may have editing rights to the paragraph after the merging operation, or both the target object and the collaborative object to which the editing rights of the next paragraph of the target paragraph belong may have editing rights to the paragraph after the merging operation.
More, the step of giving the editing authority of a paragraph in the document to a certain collaborative object may mean that the paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph is bound with the object identifier of the collaborative object, so that the paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph has a binding relationship with the object identifier of the collaborative object, which may be understood as that the collaborative object has a binding relationship with the paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph, and the collaborative object having a binding relationship with the paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph has the editing authority of the paragraph.
The paragraph authority identifier of a paragraph may be randomly generated by a terminal device that triggers the allocation of editing authority of the paragraph, where a paragraph corresponds to a unique paragraph authority identifier. The object identification of the collaboration object may be a unique identification of the collaboration object in the document application, and as the name implies, the object identification of the collaboration object is used to uniquely identify the collaboration object, and the object identification may be a string of characters or other identifications, specifically may be determined according to an actual application scenario, for example, the object identification of the collaboration object may also be an account number of the collaboration object in the document application, etc.
Therefore, the above principle of obtaining the paragraph authority setting of the target object in the document so that the target object has the editing authority of the target paragraph may include: the terminal device (the terminal device without the prefix may be the terminal device of the target object) may acquire the paragraph authority identifier of the target paragraph for which the paragraph authority setting is performed when acquiring the paragraph authority setting of the target object in the document, and the paragraph authority identifier of the target paragraph may be randomly generated by the terminal device of the target object.
Furthermore, the terminal device may send the generated paragraph authority identifier of the target paragraph to a background device (such as a background server) of the document application, so as to request the background device to bind the paragraph authority identifier of the target paragraph with the object identifier of the target object, where after the object identifier of the target object is bound with the paragraph authority identifier of the target paragraph, the target object has editing authority for the target paragraph.
Optionally, each collaboration object in the present application may perform authority transfer on a paragraph (such as a paragraph created by itself) having editing authority, and after transfer, the transferor does not have editing authority on the transferred paragraph, and the transferee has editing authority on the transferred paragraph.
Implementations of paragraph transfer may include: if the collaboration object 1 transfers its paragraph 1 to the collaboration object 2, the collaboration object 1 may request a background of the document application through the terminal device, create a binding relationship between an object identifier of the collaboration object 2 and a paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph 1, and destroy the binding relationship between the object identifier of the collaboration object 1 and the paragraph authority identifier of the paragraph 1, so as to transfer the paragraph 1 to the collaboration object 2.
In the application, a paragraph can be divided and defined by two adjacent line-feeding symbols, and a paragraph is included between the two adjacent line-feeding symbols.
In the application, each collaboration object for collaborative editing of the document can perform preemptive triggering (such as preemptive creation) on the paragraph in the document, the editing authority of the paragraph created by the collaboration object can be automatically given to the collaboration object, and the automatic allocation of the editing authority of the paragraph is realized, namely, the editing authority of the paragraph created by each collaboration object can be automatically acquired in the document without being allocated by a document creator, and the efficiency and the flexibility of each collaboration object for acquiring the editing authority of the paragraph in the document are improved.
In addition, each paragraph in the document only allows the collaborative object with the corresponding editing authority to be edited, and the content in each paragraph does not allow the collaborative object without the corresponding editing authority to be modified, so that the situation that each collaborative object deletes and alters the content edited by other people by mistake is prevented, and the accuracy of synchronous collaborative editing of the same document by a plurality of collaborative objects is improved.
In summary, the method provided by the application can prevent the content of other people from being deleted or changed by mistake during the collaboration of multiple people, especially in a large-scale stranger online document collaboration scene. And the identity information such as the head portraits and nicknames of editors are transmitted to the document text page, so that the collaborative atmosphere and the interest are enhanced. And, can satisfy the "contributor" tracing when the content is built together, the text content is by who contribution (i.e. by who edit) is clear at a glance, make things convenient for the continuous communication after the content is built together, for example in the brainstorming file, if the team approves the idea contribution of a certain partner, can encourage this partner to initiate the stand afterwards, etc..
The application can display the editing interface of the document; document support is edited cooperatively by a plurality of objects; obtaining paragraph authority setting of a target object in the document in the plurality of objects, so that the target object has editing authority of the target paragraph; the target paragraph is a paragraph in the document, and only the object with the editing authority of the target paragraph is allowed to be edited. Therefore, the target object of the method can trigger paragraph authority setting in the document to obtain the editing authority of the target paragraph, only the object with the editing authority of the target paragraph can edit the target paragraph, and other objects without the editing authority of the target paragraph can not edit the target paragraph, so that the content edited by the target object in the target paragraph can not be modified by other objects in error, the editing accuracy of a plurality of objects on the document is improved, in addition, as the object (including the target object) which cooperates with the document can also set the authority of the paragraphs in the document to quickly obtain the editing authority of the set paragraphs, the efficiency of the object for obtaining the editing authority of the paragraphs in the document can also be improved.
Referring to fig. 17, fig. 17 is a flow chart of rights assignment provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 17, when the user clicks the blank section button (e.g., the section newly added control) on the editing interface to add the own section in the document (e.g., s 1), the terminal device may randomly generate an area protection ID (i.e., the section permission identifier), and may send the generated area protection ID to the background (e.g., the background of the document application) through Ajax (a data interaction manner), and apply the editing permission to the currently added section to the background (e.g., s 2).
The paragraph is also understood to be an editing area in the document, and the editing area is adaptively enlarged or reduced along with the deletion and addition of the content in the paragraph.
At the same time, the background may also pause the network layer queue for the current terminal device (the network layer queue is used in the background to store the content edited by the user in the document), i.e. pause writing the content edited by the terminal device in the new paragraph in the network layer queue (s 6).
The terminal device may insert a new paragraph (blank paragraph) of the user into the text of the document and may generate an area protection, i.e. protect the new blank paragraph from being edited by others (e.g. s 7), and further, the terminal device may submit the content edited in the new paragraph to the network layer (e.g. s 8), but the network layer will not write at this time because the rights of the new paragraph have not been successfully assigned to the user.
The terminal device judges whether the application of the editing authority of the current newly added paragraph to the background is successful (s 3), if so, the background can restart the network layer and successfully write the content edited in the newly added paragraph by the user submitted by the terminal device into the network layer (s 4, namely, resume submitting data). If the application fails, the background may send a prompt message for the paragraph newly-added failure to the terminal device, and the terminal device may prompt the user on the front page for the paragraph newly-added failure (e.g. s 5).
