As an embodiment, in the present application, an interaction process among a service terminal, a physical management terminal, and a physical cabinet may be as shown in fig. 4, a user may perform corresponding service processing through the service terminal, and when it is checked that a certain service processing needs to use a physical object in the physical cabinet, the service terminal generates a physical acquisition request to the physical management terminal, for example, the user performs a seal application through the service terminal, and at this time needs to use a common seal of a company in the physical cabinet, the service terminal generates a physical acquisition request for acquiring the common seal, and sends the physical acquisition request to the physical management terminal, where the physical acquisition request includes first identity information of the user who applies for using the physical object or authorizes use of the physical object, and information of a target physical object. The physical management terminal analyzes the physical acquisition request after receiving the physical acquisition request, acquires first identity information of a user applying for using the physical or authorizing to use the physical and acquired information of the target physical, generates an opening key corresponding to the target physical according to the first identity information, and sends the opening key to the physical cabinet. The user who applies for the real object or authorizes to use the real object before can use self identity information to open the physical cabinet. The specific real object cabinet can read the identity information (second identity information) of the user through the identity information acquisition module, then compares the second identity information with the opening key, and then opens the corresponding cabinet door, so that the user can normally use the real object. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the method, so specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the physical object management device provided below can be referred to the limitations of the physical object management method in the foregoing, and details are not described here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a material object management apparatus including: a first obtaining module 610, a parsing module 620, and a key generating module 630, wherein:
a first obtaining module 610, configured to obtain a physical object obtaining request sent by a service terminal;
the analysis module 620 is configured to analyze the entity obtaining request to obtain first identity information and target entity information;
and a key generation module 630, configured to generate an unlock key of the physical cabinet corresponding to the target physical information according to the first identity information, and send the unlock key to the physical cabinet, where the unlock key is used to assist the physical cabinet in managing the physical cabinet according to the second identity information and the unlock key when the physical cabinet obtains second identity information of the user.
In an optional embodiment, the parsing module 620 is further configured to:
and analyzing the physical acquisition request by adopting a pre-stored digital dictionary to acquire corresponding first identity information and target physical information.
In an alternative embodiment, the parsing module 620 includes:
an extracting unit (not shown) configured to extract a target field at a preset position in the physical object acquisition request;
a first obtaining unit (not shown) for searching paraphrases corresponding to the target fields in a predicted digital dictionary, and obtaining data contents corresponding to the physical object obtaining request according to the paraphrases;
and a second obtaining unit (not shown) configured to obtain corresponding first identity information and target object information according to the data content.
In an optional embodiment, the first obtaining module 610 is further configured to:
receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal in a file form through a file transmission channel; or, receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal through an interface transmission channel.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
a second obtaining module (not shown) for obtaining the inventory request;
a sending module (not shown) configured to send the inventory request to a corresponding physical cabinet, so that the physical cabinet performs inventory according to the inventory request;
a first receiving module (not shown) for receiving the checking result sent by the physical cabinet and storing the checking result.
In an optional embodiment, the sending module is further configured to:
and sending the checking request to a corresponding physical cabinet, so that the physical cabinet reads the electronic tags of the physical in each sub-cabinet in the physical cabinet according to the checking request to obtain a checking result.
In an optional embodiment, the first obtaining module 610 is further configured to obtain a service work order sent by the service terminal;

a second receiving module (not shown) for receiving the current status information sent by the physical cabinet;
a matching module (not shown) for matching according to the current state information and the service work order;
and an alarm module (not shown) configured to send alarm information to a corresponding alarm device and/or an alarm account when the current state information is not matched with the service work order.
It should be understood that the first receiving module and the second receiving module may be the same module or different modules; the first receiving module and the second receiving module may be the same module or different modules.
All or part of each module in the physical management device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a physical object management method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a physical cabinet, and referring to fig. 5, the physical cabinet 500 includes:
a processor (not shown), a communication module (not shown), and at least one sub-cabinet 502, where the sub-cabinet is used to store a real object, a user identity acquisition module 503 is further disposed on a side of the real object cabinet facing a user, the processor is respectively in communication connection with the identity information acquisition module 503, the communication module, and the sub-cabinet 502, the communication module is further connected with the real object management terminal,
the processor is configured to manage the sub-cabinet 502 according to an unlock key and second identity information, so as to implement management of the physical cabinet, where the unlock key is generated by the physical management terminal according to first identity information, and the second identity information is acquired by the identity information acquisition module.
In this embodiment, the physical cabinet 500 includes a plurality of sub-cabinets, and the processor is in communication connection with each sub-cabinet to control the opening of each sub-cabinet, and in a specific implementation, the processor may further control the closing of each sub-cabinet.
The physical cabinet receives the opening key sent by the physical management terminal through the communication module, the generation of the opening key may be as described in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again, and after the physical cabinet receives the opening key, a user using the physical cabinet may open a corresponding sub-cabinet in the physical cabinet using the identity information of the user. Specifically, the physical cabinet acquires the identity information of the user through the user identity acquisition module 503, the processor in the physical cabinet compares the acquired user identity information with the unlock key sent by the physical management terminal, if the acquired user identity information matches the unlock key sent by the physical management terminal, the sub-cabinet corresponding to the unlock key is unlocked, and the user can take out the corresponding physical object from the sub-cabinet. The sub-cabinet doors can be manually closed after the user takes out the object, or the sub-cabinet doors can be automatically closed after the user takes out the object.
In an optional embodiment, based on the above embodiment, the physical cabinet further includes: and the electronic tag scanning module is used for acquiring the electronic tags of the objects in each sub-cabinet and sending the scanning result to the processor.
In order to improve the management efficiency of the real objects, each real object stored in the real object cabinet is provided with an electronic tag, in this embodiment, the real object cabinet is further provided with an electronic tag scanning module, the electronic tag scanning module is used for acquiring the electronic tags of the real objects in each sub-cabinet, so that the real object cabinet can scan the electronic tags of the real objects through the electronic tag scanning module, and whether the real objects exist is determined.
As an embodiment, the number of the electronic tag scanning modules is multiple, and at least one electronic tag scanning module is arranged on each subrack. Each subcabinet is provided with at least one electronic tag scanning module, and the object cabinet can determine objects on the subcabinet according to the scanning result of the electronic tag on each subcabinet. In practical application, as each sub-cabinet has a keyhole/a keyhole, and the situation that the sealing condition is not good exists, the scanning module on the sub-cabinet can easily scan the electronic tags of the real objects in other sub-cabinets, so as to cause the phenomenon of serial reading or missing reading, in the checking process in this embodiment, the real object cabinet scans for many times through the scanning module on each sub-cabinet, and as long as the electronic tags of the real objects which are historically present in the sub-cabinet are scanned more than once, the real objects in the sub-cabinet are considered to be present.
Wherein, the identity information acquisition module includes: at least one of a physiological data acquisition module and a certificate reading module. Illustratively, the physiological data collection module may be at least one of fingerprint collection, face information collection, and the like, and the certificate reading module may be at least one of an identity card information reading module, a work card information reading module, and the like.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the steps of the physical management method.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for managing entities as described above.
In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program that when executed by a processor performs the steps as described in the method for entity management above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases referred to in various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (23)

1. A method for managing objects, the method comprising:
acquiring a real object acquisition request sent by a service terminal;
analyzing the physical object acquisition request to acquire first identity information and target physical object information;
and generating an opening secret key of the physical cabinet corresponding to the target physical information according to the first identity information, and sending the opening secret key to the physical cabinet, wherein the opening secret key is used for assisting the physical cabinet to manage the physical cabinet according to the second identity information and the opening secret key when the physical cabinet acquires the second identity information of the user, and the first identity information and the second identity information contain the same content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the parsing the physical object acquisition request to obtain first identity information and target physical object information comprises:
and analyzing the physical acquisition request by adopting a pre-stored digital dictionary to acquire corresponding first identity information and target physical information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the parsing the physical object obtaining request by using a pre-stored digital dictionary to obtain corresponding first identity information and target physical object information comprises:
extracting a target field of a preset position in the real object acquisition request;
looking up paraphrases corresponding to the target fields in a predicted digital dictionary, and acquiring data contents corresponding to the real object acquisition request according to the paraphrases;
and acquiring corresponding first identity information and target object information according to the data content.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the physical object acquisition request sent by the service terminal includes:
receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal in a file form through a file transmission channel; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal through an interface transmission channel.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an inventory request;
sending the checking request to a corresponding physical cabinet, so that the physical cabinet performs checking according to the checking request;
and receiving the checking result sent by the physical cabinet and storing the checking result.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the sending the inventory request to a corresponding physical cabinet to enable the physical cabinet to perform inventory according to the inventory request comprises:
and sending the checking request to a corresponding physical cabinet, so that the physical cabinet reads the electronic tags of the physical in each sub-cabinet in the physical cabinet according to the checking request to obtain a checking result.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the physical object acquisition request sent by the service terminal includes:
acquiring a service work order sent by the service terminal;
the analyzing the physical object obtaining request to obtain first identity information and target physical object information includes:
and analyzing the service work order to acquire the first identity information and the target object information in the service work order.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving current state information sent by the physical cabinet;
matching according to the current state information and the service work order;
and when the current state information is not matched with the service work order, sending alarm information to a corresponding alarm device and/or an alarm account.
9. An object management apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a real object acquisition request sent by a service terminal;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the physical acquisition request to obtain first identity information and target physical information;
and the key generation module is used for generating an opening key of the physical cabinet corresponding to the target physical information according to the first identity information and sending the opening key to the physical cabinet, wherein the opening key is used for assisting the physical cabinet to manage the physical cabinet according to the second identity information and the opening key when the physical cabinet acquires second identity information of a user, and the first identity information and the second identity information contain the same content.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the parsing module is further configured to:
and analyzing the physical acquisition request by adopting a pre-stored digital dictionary to acquire corresponding first identity information and target physical information.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the parsing module comprises:
the extraction unit is used for extracting a target field of a preset position in the real object acquisition request;
a first obtaining unit, configured to search for paraphrases corresponding to the target fields in a predicted digital dictionary, and obtain data contents corresponding to the real object obtaining request according to the paraphrases;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring corresponding first identity information and target object information according to the data content.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first obtaining module is further configured to:
receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal in a file form through a file transmission channel; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving a real object acquisition request sent by the service terminal through an interface transmission channel.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:

the second receiving module is used for receiving the current state information sent by the physical cabinet;
the matching module is used for matching according to the current state information and the service work order;
and the alarm module is used for sending alarm information to a corresponding alarm device and/or an alarm account when the current state information is not matched with the service work order.
17. A cabinet, comprising:
the processor is respectively in communication connection with the identity information acquisition module, the communication module and the sub-cabinet, the communication module is also connected with the entity management terminal,
the processor is used for managing the sub-cabinets according to an opening secret key and second identity information so as to realize management of the physical cabinet, wherein the opening secret key is generated by the physical management terminal according to first identity information, the second identity information is acquired by the identity information acquisition module, and the first identity information and the second identity information contain the same content.
18. The physical cabinet according to claim 17, further comprising: and the electronic tag scanning module is used for acquiring the electronic tags of the objects in each sub-cabinet and sending the scanning result to the processor.
19. The object cabinet according to claim 18, wherein there are a plurality of said electronic tag scanning modules, and at least one electronic tag scanning module is disposed on each of said sub-cabinets.

21. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
22. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
23. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by a processor.
