The smart tv further includes a power supply 403 for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply 403 may be logically connected to the processor 401 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The smart tv may further include an input unit 404, and the input unit 404 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate a keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal input related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the smart tv may further include a display unit and the like, which are not described in detail herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the smart television loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 401 runs the application program stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing various functions as follows:
receiving a distress instruction, and acquiring the distress type of the distress instruction, the position information of a user to be rescued and the temporary password information of a door lock in a room where the user is located;
generating distress call information and professional rescue team information according to at least one of the distress type, the position information and the door lock temporary password information of the distress call instruction;
and sending the distress message to a terminal associated with the professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments have respective emphasis, and a part which is not described in detail in a certain embodiment may refer to the above detailed description of the smart television distress call method, and is not described herein again.
According to an aspect of the application, a computer program product or computer program is provided, comprising computer instructions, the computer instructions being stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the smart television reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the smart television performs the method provided in the various optional implementation manners in the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by computer instructions or by computer instructions controlling associated hardware, and the computer instructions may be stored in a storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor, and the storage medium is a computer-readable storage medium. To this end, the present application provides a storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, where the computer program may include computer instructions, and the computer program can be loaded by a processor to execute any one of the smart television distress call methods provided in the present application.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
As the computer instructions stored in the storage medium can execute any one of the intelligent television distress call methods provided in the embodiments of the present application, beneficial effects that can be achieved by any one of the intelligent television distress call methods provided in the embodiments of the present application can be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and will not be described herein again.
The method, the device, the smart television and the storage medium for calling for help provided by the embodiment of the application are introduced in detail, a specific example is applied in the text to explain the principle and the implementation of the application, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A smart television distress method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a distress instruction, and acquiring the distress type of the distress instruction, the position information of a user to be rescued and the temporary password information of a door lock in a room where the user is located;
generating distress call information and professional rescue team information according to at least one of the distress type, the position information and the door lock temporary password information of the distress call instruction;
and sending the distress message to a terminal associated with a professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information.
2. The smart television distress method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the distress message to a terminal associated with a professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information further comprises:
acquiring contact information of an emergency contact;
sending distress information to the emergency contact according to the contact information;
and if the response of the emergency contact is not received, sending the distress call information to a terminal associated with a professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information.
3. The intelligent television distress method according to claim 2, wherein the sending distress information to the emergency contact according to the contact information comprises:
acquiring the priority of the emergency contact;
and according to the contact information and the priority, sending distress information to each emergency contact in sequence from top to bottom.
4. The intelligent television distress method according to claim 3, wherein before acquiring the priority of the emergency contact, the method further comprises:
acquiring position information, working time and affinity and sparseness of an emergency contact;
and determining the priority of the emergency contact according to at least one of the position information, the working time and the relation of affinity and sparseness.

The smart television distress method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving a distress command, and obtaining a distress type of the distress command, position information of a user to be rescued, and temporary password information of a door lock in a room where the user is located comprises:
receiving a help-seeking instruction, and outputting a help-seeking confirmation control based on the help-seeking instruction;
when a help-seeking confirmation command is received based on the help-seeking confirmation control, the help-seeking type of the help-seeking command, the position information of a user to be rescued and the temporary password information of the door lock in the room where the user is located are obtained.
6. The intelligent television help calling method according to claim 5, wherein after outputting a help-asking confirmation control based on the help-asking command, the method further comprises:
acquiring an output time point of the help-seeking confirmation control;
after the preset time length of the output time point is set, when a call-for-help cancellation command is not received based on the call-for-help confirmation control, the call-for-help type of the call-for-help command, the position information of the user to be rescued and the temporary password information of the door lock in the room where the user is located are obtained.
7. The intelligent television help-seeking method according to claim 5, wherein the receiving a help-seeking instruction and outputting a help-seeking confirmation control based on the help-seeking instruction comprises:
receiving a distress instruction, and acquiring an instruction form of the distress instruction;
if the instruction form is a voice instruction, acquiring the help-seeking type of the help-seeking instruction, the position information of a user to be rescued and the door lock temporary password information of the indoor space where the user is located;
and if the instruction form is one of a gesture instruction, a remote control key instruction and a touch instruction, outputting a distress confirmation control.
8. The smart television distress method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the distress message to a professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information, the method further comprises:
when response information of a terminal associated with a professional rescue team is received, controlling to start an image acquisition device to acquire image information of the user;
and sending the image information to a terminal associated with the professional rescue team.

the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for receiving a distress instruction, and acquiring the distress type of the distress instruction, the position information of a user to be rescued and the temporary password information of a door lock in a room where the user is located;
the generating module is used for generating distress call information and professional rescue team information according to at least one of the distress type, the position information and the door lock temporary password information of the distress call instruction;
and the sending module is used for sending the distress call information to a terminal associated with a professional rescue team according to the professional rescue team information.
10. An intelligent television, characterized by comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the intelligent television distress call method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when calling the computer program in the memory.
11. A storage medium for storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is loaded by a processor to execute the smart tv distress method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
