A PLC intelligent medicine dispensing system is characterized by comprising a medicine storage unit, a medicine distribution unit, a medicine dispensing unit and a PLC intelligent control unit; the medicine storage unit comprises a plurality of intelligent storage boxes for storing the traditional Chinese medicinal materials; the drug distribution unit comprises a mechanical arm and a drug receiving container, and the PLC intelligent control unit controls the mechanical arm to clamp and carry the intelligent storage box; the medication dispensing unit is provided with a voice recognition module that is capable of recognizing and translating dialects into standard mandarin and checking user information to determine whether to dispense medication.

The PLC intelligent dispensing system of claim 1, further comprising a drug weighing unit, wherein the drug weighing unit comprises a high-precision weighing device, and the high-precision weighing device is arranged at the bottom of the drug receiving container; and a temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the intelligent storage box and used for compensating a weighing result.

The PLC intelligent dispensing system according to claim 2, wherein calibration is performed in advance according to corresponding weights of medicinal materials under different humidity and temperature conditions to obtain a relationship curve of the weights and the humidity of the medicinal materials under different humidity conditions, and simultaneously calibration is performed to obtain a relationship curve of the weights and the temperature of the medicinal materials under different temperature conditions; when the medicine is weighed, according to the measured temperature and humidity data in the intelligent storage box, the curve obtained by calibration is combined, and the weighing result is compensated.

The PLC intelligent dispensing system of claim 1, wherein an end effector is arranged at the end of the mechanical arm, the end effector is arranged as a clamping structure, a clamping groove matched with the clamping structure is arranged on the intelligent storage box, and the clamping structure can be clamped into the clamping groove matched with the clamping structure during clamping and carrying; and a pressure sensor for detecting clamping force is arranged on a contact surface of the clamping structure, which is in contact with the clamping grooves, and each clamping groove corresponds to one pressure sensor.

The PLC intelligent dispensing system of claim 4, wherein the PLC intelligent control unit judges whether the clamping force of the clamping structure is within a preset range according to the pressure value of each pressure sensor, so as to prevent the intelligent storage box from being damaged due to too large clamping force or from falling off due to too small clamping force; meanwhile, the PLC intelligent control unit judges whether the clamping structure clamps the intelligent storage box to incline or not according to the pressure value of each pressure sensor.

The PLC intelligent dispensing system of claim 1, wherein the speech recognition module performs adaptive deep training using an adaptive deep neural network model to obtain a corresponding dialect-Mandarin acoustic conversion model, the acoustic conversion model recognizes the dialect and translates it into standard Mandarin, then extracts the user's name, identification number, mobile phone number information from it, and checks whether the drug information and the user information are consistent.

8. A PLC intelligent dispensing method applied to the PLC intelligent dispensing system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, medicine storage, wherein different types of traditional Chinese medicinal materials are stored in corresponding intelligent storage boxes, and temperature and humidity data in the intelligent storage boxes are measured by temperature and humidity sensors in the intelligent storage boxes;
s2, distributing the medicines, wherein the PLC intelligent control unit controls the mechanical arm to convey the corresponding intelligent storage box to the position right above the medicine receiving container so as to distribute the medicines;
s3, weighing the medicine, wherein the high-precision weighing device measures the weight of the medicine falling into the medicine receiving container; according to the measured temperature and humidity data in the intelligent storage box, compensating the weighing result;
s4, packaging the medicines, wherein the medicine packaging unit is provided with a vacuum packaging bag, and the guides to be packaged independently are packaged independently according to the prescription and the administration rule and are bundled and packaged with the subsequent medicine bags;
s5, spraying codes on the medicines, wherein the medicine spraying unit sprays the codes on the vacuum packaging bag according to the patient information, the medication rule and the notice information;
