Most of the existing platforms for storing and placing medicines on the changing and dispensing car body are of a planar structure, which causes that medicines are easy to topple in the transferring process in the moving process of the changing and dispensing car body, and are not suitable for a common medicine transferring mechanism, for this reason, the transferring platform frame 6021 comprises a plate body 10 and longitudinal guide rods 11 which are arranged at two sides of the plate body 10 and fixedly connected with a linear slide rail motor 6022, a plurality of limiting grooves 12 corresponding to the positions of the guide chutes 505 are arranged on the surface of the plate body 10, inclined plates 13 are arranged in the limiting grooves 12, one sides of the inclined plates 13 are connected to the limiting grooves 12 through springs 14, changing and dispensing matters entering from the guide chutes 505 of the second transmission channel 503 directly fall on the inclined plates 13, and because the inclined plates 13 are in an inclined state, the changing and dispensing matters are obviously piled towards the lower side of the inclined plates 13, so that certain acting force is generated between the medicines, the medicine changing vehicle body 1 can be prevented from falling in the moving process, and one side of the inclined plate 13 can buffer the medicine falling on the inclined plate 13.
Further, when the medicine-pulling plate 801 of the opening and closing door assembly 8 of the present invention rotates, one side edge of the medicine-pulling plate 801 is cut into the lower side of the inclined plate 13, and the bottom of the medicine-pulling plate 801 is kept flat with the surface of the plate body 10, so that the fall of the limiting groove 12 between the inclined plate 13 and the plate body 801 can limit and guide the bottom of the medicine, and the medicine-pulling plate 801 can transfer the changed medicine to an inlet, and then enter the medicine cell 404.
The bottom of the medicine changing vehicle body 1 is provided with a controller and a battery 15 for supplying power to the system, and the label identification module 3, the position transfer device 7, the detection module 601, the linear slide rail motor 6022 and the steering engine 803 are all electrically connected to the controller.
It is further explained that the medicine taking platform 502 of the present invention is a split door structure that is consistent with the top surface of the medicine changing vehicle body 1, and the longitudinal guide rod 11 is used for ejecting the medicine taking platform 502 to avoid the contact between the medicine on the plate body 10 and the medicine taking platform 502.

The invention also provides an implementation method of the intelligent dressing change mobile system for surgical nursing based on the above, which comprises the following steps:
s100, reading electronic tags arranged at the doorways of wards by utilizing a controller which is connected with a medicine changing and dispensing vehicle body in a bidirectional mode and a handheld operation terminal of a hospital medicine management system, sending medicine changing and dispensing information of each ward to the controller of the medicine changing and dispensing vehicle body and the hospital medicine management system by taking the electronic tags as current ward indexes, and when medical staff determine medicines with the changed and dispensed medicines, the hospital medicine management system can obtain corresponding information and make quick medicine preparation to improve the medicine changing and dispensing efficiency;
s200, arranging a display screen for displaying the changing and dispensing information received by the controller from the handheld operation terminal on the medicine taking platform, displaying the changing and dispensing information of the current ward, guiding medical personnel to detect all changing and dispensing medicines of the ward read by the handheld operation terminal through the detection module, and then transferring the changing and dispensing medicines into a drawer type medicine placing box of the changing and dispensing vehicle body through the medicine dispensing platform;
s300, when the mobile unit for changing and dispensing the medicines is moved to a ward gate, the label identification module arranged on the unit body obtains the quantity and the type of the medicines needed by the ward through reading the electronic label of the current ward and transmits the quantity and the type of the medicines to the controller, and the controller controls the transfer device to sequentially extract the medicines stored in the medicine storage device from bottom to top in the current ward until the transfer device conveys the medicines needed by the current ward to the medicine taking platform.
When the hand-held operation terminal is separated from the vehicle body, reading an electronic tag arranged at the door of a ward in a built-in near field communication mode, displaying a medicine changing condition operation list in the ward in the hand-held operation terminal, and after touching the electronic tag of the next ward, backing up the medicine changing condition operation list of the previous ward and sending the medicine changing condition operation list with the electronic tag index to a hospital medicine management system by the hand-held operation terminal; when the handheld operation terminal is in contact connection with the changing and dispensing vehicle body, the handheld operation terminal synchronizes the connection state of the handheld operation terminal and the changing and dispensing vehicle body to a hospital medicine management system, a display arranged on the medicine taking platform starts to sequentially display the changing and dispensing conditions of each ward, and medicine storage work of the medicine unit cells starts to be carried out.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent medicine changing mobile system for surgical nursing is characterized by comprising a medicine changing and dispensing vehicle body (1), electronic tags (2) for identifying each ward, a tag identification module (3), a medicine storage device (4), a matching and taking integrated platform (5) and a transfer device (6) which are arranged on the medicine changing and dispensing vehicle body (1);
the label identification module (3) is used for reading the electronic labels (2) of all wards to obtain current ward target information;
the medicine storage device (4) divides and stores the positions of the medicines to be changed according to the number of the electronic tags (2);
the transfer device (6) extracts corresponding medicines to be changed from the medicine storage device (4) according to the current ward target information and transfers the medicines to the matching and taking integrated platform (5);
the medicine storage device (4) comprises a cavity (401) arranged in the medicine changing and dispensing vehicle body (1) and a drawer type medicine placing box (402) arranged on the cavity (401), a plurality of medicine unit cells (404) are separated on the drawer type medicine placing box (402) through partition plates (403), and a position transfer device (7) is arranged at the bottom of each medicine unit cell (404);
the transfer device (6) comprises a detection module (601), a transfer execution mechanism (602) and a first conveying channel (603) connected with the integrated matching and taking platform (5), wherein the transfer execution mechanism (602) is installed in the first conveying channel (603);
the detection module (601) is used for detecting medicines entering the medicine unit cells (404), matching the medicines with the previous ward target information read by the label identification module (3) to obtain target medicines, and generating a trigger signal for controlling the position transfer device (7) to work, the position transfer device (7) transfers the target medicines to the inlet of the first conveying channel (603), and the transfer execution mechanism (602) is used for grabbing the target medicines and transferring the target medicines to the matching and fetching integrated platform (5) through the first conveying channel (603).

The intelligent surgical nursing dressing change moving system according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of layers of drawer-type medicine placing boxes (402) are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the cavity (401), the plurality of layers of drawer-type medicine placing boxes (402) are connected with the first conveying channel (603) through an opening and closing door assembly (8), the opening and closing door assembly (8) is arranged at the inlet of the first conveying channel (603) corresponding to the drawer-type medicine placing boxes (402), the detection module (601) is arranged on the opening and closing door assembly (8), one end of each drawer-type medicine placing box (402) is hinged to the cavity (401), and the other end of each drawer-type medicine placing box (402) is connected to the transfer executing mechanism (602) through a connecting piece (405).

when the linear slide rail motor (6022) is in a static initial state, the bottom end of a rotor of the linear slide rail motor (6022) compresses the spring part (9), and the spring part (9) drives the connecting piece (405) to enable the multi-layer drawer type medicine placing box (402) to be in a horizontal state;
when the linear slide rail motor (6022) is in a working state, the spring piece (9) is released from the bottom end of the rotor of the linear slide rail motor (6022), and the spring piece (9) drives the connecting piece (405) to enable the multi-layer drawer type medicine placing box (402) to be in an inclined state.

The intelligent medicine changing and moving system for surgical nursing according to claim 3, wherein the opening and closing door assembly (8) comprises a medicine stirring plate (801), the medicine stirring plate (801) is rotatably installed at the end part, close to the first conveying channel (603), of the medicine unit cell (404) through a rotating shaft (802), a steering engine (803) for driving the rotating shaft (802) to rotate is arranged at the bottom of the medicine unit cell (404), the detection module (601) is arranged in the middle of the medicine stirring plate (801), and the medicine on the position transfer device (7) is transferred onto the transfer platform rack (6021) by the medicine stirring plate (801) under the driving of the steering engine (803).

The intelligent dressing change mobile system for surgical nursing according to claim 5, wherein the transfer platform rack (6021) comprises a plate body (10) and longitudinal guide rods (11) which are arranged on two sides of the plate body (10) and fixedly connected with the linear slide rail motor (6022), a plurality of limiting grooves (12) corresponding to the positions of the guide chutes (505) are arranged on the surface of the plate body (10), inclined plates (13) are arranged in the limiting grooves (12), and one sides of the inclined plates (13) are connected to the limiting grooves (12) through springs (14).

The intelligent dressing change mobile system for surgical nursing according to claim 1, wherein a controller and a battery (15) for supplying power to the system are arranged at the bottom of the dressing change vehicle body (1), and the label identification module (3), the position transfer device (7), the detection module (601), the linear slide rail motor (6022) and the steering engine (803) are all electrically connected to the controller.

s200, arranging a display screen for displaying the changing and dispensing information received by the controller from the handheld operation terminal on the medicine taking platform, displaying the changing and dispensing information of the current ward, guiding medical personnel to detect all changing and dispensing medicines of the ward read by the handheld operation terminal through the detection module, and then transferring the changing and dispensing medicines into a drawer type medicine placing box of the changing and dispensing vehicle body through the medicine dispensing platform;
s300, when the mobile unit for changing and dispensing the medicines is moved to a ward gate, the label identification module arranged on the unit body obtains the quantity and the type of the medicines needed by the ward through reading the electronic label of the current ward and transmits the quantity and the type of the medicines to the controller, and the controller controls the transfer device to sequentially extract the medicines stored in the medicine storage device from bottom to top in the current ward until the transfer device conveys the medicines needed by the current ward to the medicine taking platform.
