and acquiring the behavior characteristics of the current user when the current user uses the target electrical equipment through eye movement recognition equipment and/or image acquisition equipment.
4. The guiding method for controlling an electric appliance according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the psychological anxiety characteristic of the current user when using the target electric appliance comprises:
acquiring physiological characteristics of the current user when the current user uses the target electrical equipment; the physiological characteristics include: at least one of heart rate, respiratory rate, and pulse;
and determining the psychological anxiety characteristic according to the physiological characteristic.
5. The guiding method for controlling an electric appliance according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the psychological anxiety characteristic of the current user when using the target electric appliance comprises:
acquiring the behavior characteristics of the current user when using the target electrical equipment and the physiological characteristics of the current user when using the target electrical equipment;
and determining the psychological anxiety characteristic according to the behavior characteristic and the physiological characteristic.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the guidance mode includes local guidance and/or remote guidance;
the remote guidance comprises call guidance or call video mixing guidance.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step of guiding the current user to operate the target electrical device by the guiding device corresponding to the guiding manner comprises:
if the guiding mode comprises remote guiding, sending guiding prompt information to a remote monitoring end;
and responding to a remote control instruction through the remote monitoring equipment, starting target guide equipment corresponding to the remote control instruction, and guiding the current user to control the target electrical equipment.
