Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in the case of acquiring the timestamp information of the audio data, the process of generating the diagnosis and treatment archive of the diagnosed party may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, acquiring text data obtained by performing voice recognition on audio data aiming at each audio data; and marking the text data according to the source information of the audio data to obtain marked text data.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the audio data of the medical instrument and the robot, the server may perform voice recognition on the acquired audio data in real time or periodically. In addition, the acquired audio data may include audio corresponding to a plurality of sentences. Correspondingly, the process of performing voice recognition on the audio data by the server may specifically be that VAD detection is performed on the obtained audio data, and the audio data is segmented to obtain a plurality of audio segments; and performing voice recognition on each audio segment to obtain a text sentence corresponding to the audio segment.
In this embodiment, the manner in which the server obtains the text data obtained after the audio data is subjected to the voice recognition may be that the server performs the voice recognition on the audio data to obtain the text data; or the server sends the audio data to the cloud end, and the cloud end performs voice recognition on the audio data to obtain text data. Under the scene that the server performs voice recognition on the audio data to obtain the text data, after the server obtains the audio data of the medical side equipment and the robot, the voice recognition can be performed on the obtained audio data in real time or periodically.
In this embodiment, the process of marking the text data by the server according to the source information of the audio data to obtain the marked text data may specifically be that, for each text statement in the text data, the source information of the audio data is used to mark the text statement to obtain the marked text statement. For example, the source information is added to the front of a text statement, resulting in a tagged text statement.
Step 202, according to the timestamp information of each audio data, the marked text data corresponding to each audio data are sorted in an ascending order, and a diagnosis and treatment conversation text is generated.
In this embodiment, for each marked text sentence, the marked text sentences may be sorted in an ascending order according to the time stamp of the audio segment corresponding to the marked text sentence, so as to generate a diagnosis and treatment conversation text. And the time stamp of the audio segment is determined according to the starting time point of the audio segment.
In this embodiment, the diagnosis and treatment dialog text may be, for example:
15: 00: 25 > doctor a: what is something feverish, what starts to get a fever?
15: 00: 45-patient A: perhaps yesterday night.
15: 01: 05- > doctor a: after xx in the last month?
15: 01: 25- > patient A: none.

In this embodiment, a main diagnosis interface of the diagnosis and treatment device may be provided with a robot movement control key, for example, a forward movement key, a left movement key, a right movement key, a backward movement key, and the like. The diagnosis and treatment side equipment can determine a moving instruction and send the moving instruction to the server when detecting the click operation of the diagnosis and treatment side on the keys, so that the server can control the robot to move according to the moving instruction. The server can also send a movement instruction to the robot to control the robot to move.
Step 603, when the remote diagnosis and treatment conversation instruction is obtained, determining that a preset remote diagnosis and treatment conversation triggering condition is met.
In this embodiment, when the diagnosing and treating party determines that the diagnosed party exists in front of the robot, a remote diagnosis and treatment session can be triggered through operations such as voice and clicking of a preset button, the diagnosing and treating party equipment determines that a remote diagnosis and treatment session instruction is received according to the operation of the diagnosing and treating party, the remote diagnosis and treatment session instruction is sent to the server, and the server determines that a preset remote diagnosis and treatment session triggering condition is met according to the remote diagnosis and treatment session instruction.
In the embodiment, when the diagnosing party determines that the diagnosed party exists in front of the robot, the diagnosing party sends a remote diagnosis and treatment conversation instruction to the server through the diagnosing party equipment, and the server determines that the preset remote diagnosis and treatment conversation triggering condition is met according to the remote diagnosis and treatment conversation instruction, so that the diagnosing party can trigger the remote diagnosis and treatment conversation as required.

step 701, determining a target object in an environment image in front of the robot, wherein the target object is acquired by the robot.
In this embodiment, the server may acquire an environment image in front of the robot, which is acquired by the robot in real time, identify the environment image, and determine whether a target object exists in front of the robot. Wherein, the place ahead of the robot can refer to the preset position scope in the place ahead of the robot.
Step 702, determining whether the target object meets preset diagnosis and treatment conditions according to reference information of the target object; the reference information includes: at least one of image information of the target object, voice information of the target object, and operation of the target object.
In this embodiment, the diagnosis and treatment conditions may include any one or more of the following conditions: and when the staying time of the target object exceeds a preset time threshold, acquiring a remote diagnosis and treatment instruction of the target object. The remote diagnosis and treatment instruction can be a voice instruction (for example, the party to be diagnosed sends voice information containing the remote diagnosis and treatment instruction), or can be click operation (for example, a touch key is displayed on a robot display screen, and the party to be diagnosed and treated can trigger remote diagnosis and treatment by clicking the touch key displayed on the screen), and the like. For example, the server may obtain image information including a target object, determine a staying time of the target object based on the image information, and determine that the target object satisfies a preset diagnosis and treatment condition when the staying time exceeds a preset time threshold; acquiring voice information of a target object, identifying the voice information, judging whether preset keywords exist in the voice information, and determining that the target object meets preset diagnosis and treatment conditions when the preset keywords exist; and acquiring the operation of the target object, and determining that the target object meets the preset diagnosis and treatment conditions when the operation of the target object is the preset operation.
And 703, determining that the preset remote diagnosis and treatment conversation triggering condition is met when the target object meets the preset diagnosis and treatment condition.
In the embodiment, a target object in an environment image in front of a robot, which is acquired by the robot, is determined, and whether the target object meets a preset diagnosis and treatment condition is determined according to reference information of the target object; the reference information includes: at least one of image information of the target object, voice information of the target object, and operation of the target object; when the target object meets the preset diagnosis and treatment conditions, the preset remote diagnosis and treatment conversation triggering conditions are determined to be met, so that the diagnosed party can trigger the remote diagnosis and treatment conversation as required.
